Frank, I spent my summers on the Island of Tinos (next to Mykonos) and this took me back there in the best way, conjuring the best memories and bright green skin, and even the that creamy quality of the dry down while the fresh green leaf and earth are STILL THERE. Love it!
I have not enjoyed a fragrance review quite the same way that I did this one. You are the ONLY reviewer with a great sense of humour. I appreciate the humour in these videos.
This is incredibly underrated.. loads of reviews say its just average and generic.. I think it's so unique and I've never personally smelled anything like it. Performance isn't all that but the scent itself is PERFECT for Spring and Summer!

love this one, so fruity and tropical smelling!!! got the matching shower gel & body lotion so when it's a fico day i can go all in! there's also a vintage version where the performance is bumped up some :o great review mr smelly :)
Love this one myself , acqua Di Parma are pure class , colonia essenza was my fav untill I recently sampled Intensa and that just might be my favourite now
My 5oz bottle showed up today and I could not be happier. Glad I stumbled upon this review before I went shopping because you can get that aroma-fatigue.....this one stuck out, as did Essenza and the Mirto! ADP!

This is my signature frag for summer/spring. TF Tuscan Leather for the fall/winter. Haven’t tried Aventus yet but it seems to be a victim of its own success.
this is perfect for high heat. it is very juicy then turns creamy. Yum.... in the high heat, it just projects, projects and projects, but not so much in cool weather.
Fantastic scent and my third favorite ADP (have tried all of the Blu + Colonia variants). Second would be the very recently released limited edition Bergamotto di Calabria La Spugnatura... you really need to secure a bottle of that for yourself. The bergamot is top-notch, leans grapefruit/fennel instead of tart citron/musk, and lasts much longer than the original version. Favorite is still Ginepro di Sardegna which is unfortunately getting hard to find (discontinued)... a regrettable loss for the community.
If you liked this fragrance, you should try Fico dell'Elba: a very fresh, fig based fragrance from Erbario Toscano. This house makes very good (imho) fragrances with reasonable prices. Although better suited for cooler weather, I ADORE Cuore di Pepe Nero and Vaniglia Piccante. Please, try Erbario Toscano and let me know what you think.
Hi Mr Smelly,I've been watching a lot of your videos and it seems to me you like Kouros very much as I do.You need to try Kouros Fraicher from 1993,it is a beautiful summer fragrance that smells similar to Kouros but with a lovely pineapple citrus light note to it but not too heavy like the original.If you're luck you might be able to pick up a minature 10ml, try dealers from France
I like this one a lot too! I’m often conflicted in trying to choose between this one and ADP Colonia Essenza. Both are fantastic, but I think Essenza is better for work and Fico di Amalfi is better for relaxing. Great review as always, Mr. Smelly! #smellyarmy
This is one of the nicest fragrances i have ever smelled in my life. Its incredible, delicious natural fresh fruity juicer and herbaceous. I wish it lasted all day (i know that's hard to achieve with this type of fragrance) Im a man and this transports me to the location its meant to be; sparkling blue oceans and Mediterranean cliffsides and sunshine, just amazing. So natural like youre wearing the plants.

I'm comparing AdP and Ferrari right now. AdP is sweeter, has citrus, rounded, delicious and smells like sunshine. Ferrari is more dry and herbal. Considering the F is a fraction of the price it's great buy.

I ordered a decant of Aqua Di Parma Fico Di Amalfi from Scentbird due to all the hype lately. I have to admit that I did not like it at all. I find it being way too feminine. Not only that, I do not smell any fig at all. Love figs, but I do not know what fig leaves smell like. The other thing I don't like is that it smells dated. Something about the ADP fragrance's DNA that smell dated to me.
And guess who i saw today in Fortnum and Mason (fragrance floor) 😊? Hope you found some goodies. I would have said hi, but I'm a bit shy and not used to chasing men 😂
Enjoyed the review. Surprisingly, I'm not a fan of AdP's Mediterranean scents...but I just love their heavier, more potent, blends such as Essenza Leather and Oud. Go figure#
Bought the big bottle last month ready for the nice weather. Wait, I'm English. Nice weather? Dammit...I'll never wear this f*cker!! Not an ADP fanboy, but there's a certain quality to them that I can't quite put my finger on.
