Games I've played I would call undisputed 10/10s: Super Mario Bros. 3 Super Metroid Chrono Trigger Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri Half-Life 2 Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Portal 2 Games I consider close: Disco Elysium (if the second half was as strong as the first) Final Fantasy VI (it's amazing but not quite as good as Chrono Trigger) Fallout: New Vegas (with the right mods it's there but you can't include that) Planescape: Torment (the writing is just incredible, but the combat sucks) Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (it's a bit too easy, especially after the first time) Haven't played any Soulsborne or Zelda games. Controversy time: I don't consider RDR2 a 10/10, I'm really not a fan of how Rockstar moved away from the flexible sandbox style of the first wave of 3D games into a more on rails cinematic style. This started with GTAIV and RDR1 which in my opinion were both better games. I kind of had a similar thing with The Last of Us, granted I played very little of it but it feels like they just want to make a film, not a video game. Maybe I'm just a grumpy old fart.
How are you only at 12 subs and making these kinds of videos? I hope the algorithm boosts this video so that way you can get the subscribers you deserve
I agree with 100% of these choices, however, why put rdr1 but no rdr2? RDR2 did what RDR1 did, but 10x better? pretty disappointed with that tbh, but none the less still a well paced video
@@abhimanyu289 when i saw the video i was busy so i pressed the video I saw that he made a list of games, and I saw them and did not see elden ring So I wrote the comment
GTA IV and TLOU are really games that are saved by their story. the gameplay in both is fucking awful. it's literally something you have to go through to get to the good parts like in hellblade.
