When my helga comes to play, I take a warm bath with CBD bath salts. When I tell you this is the only thing that gets rid of my cramps, I’m dead serious! Hope this helps!!

At my school there was blood on a chair and we had a meeting about how periods are normal there are products in the bathrooms and you can always ask a friend if you need a sweatshirt to tie around your waist. People will just say whenever their on their period to anyone. it’s a very inclusive place and I feel very comfortable there ,i am very grateful!

HIi! Im in 7th grade and I don't know about any of the girls in my class, but I'm not embarrassed to say I'm on my period. It's so cool having all the girls link up bc you know that you always have at least one person that has an extra pad if you forget or has your back.

Whenever Helga comes to town, I must have warm beverages like tea or soup cuz those cramps are killer. Also I get super tired, so I try to get some extra sleep. I'm not picky with period brands, but my go to is the Always pads with wings (pads with no wings are useless).

Natalie is the sister I never had but now do! I never knew so many people used pads, I always felt embarrassed that I wore a pad and everyone I knew wore a tampon. I guess because growing up people would say it's gross to wear a pad for different reasons which I never got but it made me not want to say I wear a pad for the longest time. I personally do get embarrassed to say I'm on my period. I don't mind telling my mom, dad, or brother. I have had to say to my boss I have to go home because my period cramps would get so bad and thankfully even tho he is a guy, he totally understands which can be rare. he is very accommodating to us girls and our periods. I will say over the years I have gotten better at not being so embarrassed. it's natural and I know I have nothing to be ashamed of. lastly, thank you natalie so much for making these videos! without you, I wouldn't have anyone else to watch or talk to about all this.

i would say personally my favorite pad brands is always flex foam!! it’s super thin but is sooo good with absorbing, i have never had a leek with one on! plus the packaging is so cute and also it’s double winged

A recent study came out saying that people who take CBD oil don't seem to be getting covid. There was something like 200,000 epilepsy patients that even with exposure somehow did not contract the virus. So they did some research into the patients' histories and discovered that each one of them was on CBD oil. Excluding all other variables the CBD oil seems to stop the virus from being able to multiply within the body.

It’s always interesting to see what other womens periods are like. Because for me, I don’t get cramps, no headaches no nothing. It’s basically a normal week except I go to the bathroom more often then when I don’t have it.

4:45 Omg, yes! I thought I was the only one who did that I was so embarrassed to admit it. Thank you🥰 for normalizing this for us other out there. My go to product is a electric stimulation gadget. I use different rhythms before bed or if I'm having cramps during the day. To be clear this is just a $10 purchase off of eBay or wish, it is not a device specifically designed for menstrual cramps. It's actually marketed as a muscle massager.

I literally love Natalie, I love that she mentions periods with no embarrassment or Uncomfortability, sometimes I feel that way in public, but we shouldn’t! #BloodSisters❤️💕💕Even though periods are something we should never feel embarrassed or nervous to talk about, when I’m around my family I don’t really say anything. Even though they are my family, it’s still hard because it’s just hard for me to say, without feeling weird. Idk why but I do want to change that! Thank you Natalie sm💕💕

I'm not necessarily embarrassed to say I'm on my period but sometimes, with specific people, it can feel uncomfy. so I usually just say "its that time of the month" and leave it at that. if they know, they know. thanks for making this! I feel so cozy and loved watching your vids.

Hi Natalie! Thank you so much for filming this video! As a young teenager, I’m not very educated on periods, and your videos have been helping me SO much. I have such awful cramps and so I’ve been eating healthier and using the cramp patch thingys haha. And it’s SO helpful:) Aaa- one more thing. I recently started getting my period again because my doctor changed my bc due to discovering I have endometriosis, and the depo only got rid of the bleeding, really. I love winged pads (can't live without them) and have certain colors of underwear I wear during my period just in case (mostly black and pink/red). The nice thing about my new medication is it helps with the cramps a bit, but heat packs are always handy to have just in case. I love my hot water bottle! w

I don't have a period routine but I should probably make one. My period is never normal. Sometimes it comes 2 weeks after the last and sometimes 4 months. The only thing regular about it is that it's always super heavy

I love using a diva cup on my period. It is the best when you don't have time to change your pad or tampon as jou can keep it in for up to 12 hours. It is also eco friendly which is something I personally like the most. The only thing is that it is very messy to take out 🙈

Oh yeah, one good period hack is to lower your caffeine intake, because caffeine makes the veins smaller and that increases period cramps. Though.... I never do that.... I'm too deep in my coffee addiction☕
