10 Products I hate using because of the packaging 

Hey Jovi! The plum lipsticks do have a sticker at the back of the tube to indicate the colour. Mac doesn't even do that, so I totally relate to your issue as I've to open and check every shade to see which one is it . I feel Plum atleast gives an indication of the shade at the back of the tube which sorta helps :)

There’s another good product which i feel is bad because of its package… Vaseline lip balm… I think it is the BEST lipbalm of all time… but the package 🫠 breaks my nails to open it😢

M currently using the Dot&Key one and trying to make the metal tip work somehow for me😆..using Dr Sheths eye cream simultaneously.... not many video's on eye creams out there so have to go by instincts while buying.....so a big YES --an informative video on eye creams will be highly appreciated!!

Hi.. I have been using Kiehl’s powerful wrinkle reducing eye cream ( not the avocado one, was too oily for me) I think it’s amazing but they have discontinued the product, didn’t like the ordinary depuffing eye solution.. in summary please please do a video on eye creams

Omg the LA girl concealers are Bomb! Theyre so light under the eyes, stay all day, lovely satiny finish even after setting with powder. ❤ have made my peace with the tube by now.

I have been using dry scrubs for years now ....I transfer some amount in a little plastic container and keep it in the shower .....so that I don't waste the entire tub

I clicked on this expecting the Vaseline lip tin to be number 1! It's such a beautiful lip balm but the tin is like an arm workout session 😭

Hi Jovi. Loving your curls 😍😍. And yes I agree, these kinda packaging takes the joy out of using the products. I have a list of amazing products with bad packaging. 1. Body shop cleansing balm- my fav cleansing balm till date. But I can never manage to open and close the tin in one go. Takes 3-4 attempt atleast. 2. Earth Rhythm- face wash tube leaks through. All their jar caps are too filmsy, always breaks on the first or second use. 3. Vaseline lip balm tins- it's a task. You'll endup breaking your nails. 4. Mccaffeine- that coffee cup body wash. Smells awesome but had to open the cap everytime to get the product. 5. Plum lipsticks- The lipstick was amazing but cap dint lock. Usually I carry my lipstick, lip balm, etc in a tiny pouch but once I just dumped it back in the bag. Ruined my entire bag 😑 6. Plum cleaning oil - another fabulous product. But pumps the product everywhere. No matter how carefully you try to pump it out, but there will be spots all over the mirror, sink, tap. 7. Swiss beauty twist Concealer pen - fabulous product but it just keeps oozing out like there's no tomorrow. Would love an eye cream video. Take care. Love always ❤

I love mcaffeine scrub. What i usually do is i scoopout 4-5 spoon into a bowl and take it to the shower. I keep jar in the cabinet only. Its easier to use that way.

I totally agree with this video 😅💯💯✅🙌🙏 so many of the products i dont use or wnat to use because of the packaging. The m caffeine body scrubs are really amazing... I am a patient of hyper pigmentation but the particular powder scrub solved my problems of 🍓 leg 😭... If you don't like the particular powder then there also exists a scrub called coffee sugar body scrub which has a creamy texture ❤ u can give it a try🙏... Btw Jovi love you...

I really thought u would include the mcaffeine body washes. Like all the products you mentioned in the video, it too is AMAZINGGGG, and as an add on it is indeed creative! Cuz it comes in a “to go coffee cup” bottle. It’s so creative and everything and the product is bomb. But the packaging is just not efficient. When u try to get it out, it just doesn’t work well. And most of the times i end up wasting aloooot of product. I also remember u addressing the same issue Jovi, so I was thinking it’s definitely gon be there

I mix the mcaffeine scrub with some espresso body wash in a bowl; that way there is no mess and the scrub performs beautifully. Its an outstanding scrub, you just have to learn to work with it.

i too have the same opinion about plum underarm deo and mcaffeine scrub. I really love mcaffeine scalp scrub. they should have to think about making body scrub in that formula. it is very difficult to use and manage scrub while showering and all the time lot of products got wasted on the floor. bcoz of the powder formula, I stopped buying it and bought plum body scrub.

Recently I opened a bottle of earth rhythm cleansing balm and the lid is so thin in material that it broke on first use only. And agree for the M caffeine body scrub it is so good and the fragrance is so so good but it does make a mess in your bathroom.

Speaking of good products in bad packaging, I thought I should share this. GREEN AND BEIGE BODY LOTION. The product is really good, I love the brand and it makes my skin super good but the packaging. I think I had 3bottles of it 2 small and 1 big, the pump of all 3 came out after a few days of usage. Once it is broken I’ll have to carry the bottle and pump separately to get some product out or I should scoop it out. It was so annoying that I still have the bigger one with more than half of the product. I don’t know whether they stopped the product, but if they haven’t I wish they change it..

Got the plum limited edition sunscreen as a free gift during the 9th birthday sale.. The product is good. Doesn't leave a white cast, blends into the skin... But the vacuum pump provided is tedious...The product never comes out and I have to open and dump it out each time😢

Dot and key eye cream - Completely agree the packaging is bad, I don't forget to use the metal tip but after few uses, the metal tip came off and I am now struggling really hard to squeeze it without having the tip come off !!! Not buying it ever

earth rhythm packaging is always bad. i had ordered their moisturizer, the phytocream or something. it was SO THICK and the bottle was a non squeezy pump. I tried for close to 30 mmins to get it out and nothing would come out of the pump! Luckily Nykaa took it back and refunded me

8:25 Thank you! I've never heard anybody describing this issue. The wooden spoon grows mold! It's so icky to just see and have to deal with. Also, I'm so confused do you really scoop the powder scrub with your wet hands in the shower? All this while I was being extra cautious to not even let a drop of water go in bc then the scrub just congeals into lumps! I don't think that's a good thing? PS: Try scooping some in your palm, before applying to the body, add some water and give it a good mix in the palms itself. I've seen after rubbing it in my palms the dry powder makes a light coffee coloured paste which is less messier to then apply :)

The m caffeine body wash is amazing but the package.. a big NO! The packaging is cool like a coffee cup but.. it just leaks like hell from cap and the body wash is literally settling just underneath the nozzle or the hole from where we pour the product out. And of course their cap which is like a handle, it just easily comes off or breaks easily 🥲

Idk if it's just me, but I dislike cleansing balms which come in jars like the plum one or the ER one.. especially if the texture is balmy. Naturally we've to use it near our sick as we need water, which makes the water somehow fall into the tub as well, and it becomes very milky in the tub. It's also tough to dig your nails in it everytime to take it out. Also, water being stuck inside the jar might leaf to bacteria growth. Tube packagings are so much better, for instance the deconstruct one works so well.

For the jar of deodorant.....I use a wooden deodorant applicator so I don't have to touch it. The applicator looks similar to a small wooden spoon without a handle. Simply wash it with the hand soap at the bathroom sink afterwards.

Lime crime has this issue. Even mine broke , but after more than a year . But still it has so much product in it . I removed the stopper , atleast i can use it .

The original powdery coffee scrub of mcaffeine works better than the creamy one. But as said it’s very messy. Most of the time I feel water will seep in while in shower and I’ll be left with coffee concoction instead of scrub 😂😂
