Just watched this video the other day and saw your short of Ramadan grocery shopping and wish the shopping video wasn’t so short. I love to see grocery videos from all over just to see the differences in items offered. We don’t have a specific Ramadan section in our grocery stores here where I live in Ontario Canada. I think that is very cool that you have that. Would love to see more grocery and definitely more food prep videos. You make amazing food. 😊

I don’t know if you like Moroccan soup (Harira) but to make my life easier I put in a ziplock bag : celery, parsley, coriander, oignon, tomato paste. And in an other one : rehydrated brown lentils + chickpeas. So when I have to cook I just sauté my meat (or chicken) in the pressure cooker with some spices (ginger, turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and rancid butter) and the 2nd ziplock bag. The then I put in a blender the 1st ziplock bag + 1 fresh tomato + 1L of Water and pour it with the rest in the cooker. Seal for 25/30mn. So quick and tasty, hope you can try it 💖

Salam I love youe recipes. I just wanted to suggest that if you could use the unrefined Pink Himalayan rock salt as this is far better for you than table salt which is more of a chemical. It's good to see that you clean your chicken but soaking the chicken in water with vinegar & bicarbonate of soda also cleans the impurities in the chicken too.

Loved this recipe video it really helps being more organised during this blessed month just wanted to also say be careful with the dolmio white sauce it has white wine in it I knew it when I used it and checked the ingredients so don’t use that

Will the gosh lentil sausages work with the sausage rolls? Anything else to add to sausage roll for more flavour?
