Yeah like the window in the back is missing, the house was not a yellow color, the roof was brown, the roof came down more, and just some other stuff. I grew up watching the Simpsons and if they aren't going to make the house look the exact same then don't even bother. That's just how I feel about it though.

The Spongebob house is actually called "The Big Pineapple", located in Nambour, Queensland, in Australia. It is a tourist attraction situated on a pineapple plantation, which is next to a restaurant and gift/souvenir shop. It was built long before Spongebob was created.

The Simpson house was my fav only bc I live in Summerlin, the town right next to Henderson where the house is located. But otherwise I love the hello kitty palace 😻♥️😻
Those are quite impressive. I think I actually did go to the Minnie Mouse house in Disney World when I was seven or eight. It's a shame that it's not open to the public anymore though.
That "Simpson" house was a very poor representation of what the cartoon version looked like. Garage should have gone inside house, chimney could have been replicates better, window placement and type was wrong. So many things. This is just a regular house that kind of slightly resembles the Simpsons house.
Nuke they couldnt build the house exactly as the cartoon because the cartoon house was kinda off. they said that the house would be only 90% livable if they built a real one because watching dozens of episodes they found that the cartoon house measurements didnt add up

Ha! I went on the tour of the Simpson's house when I was a little girl... they had it open to the public for a short time and my family bought sooooo many bottles of soda to try and win it!! It is actually a shame that they didn't keep it in the Simpson design, they had everything from the furniture to Bart's tree house in the backyard, to Homer's dirty underwear laying on the floor! Also when it was first built, the street it was on was actually named Springfield St.. guess they changed it

I went to Disney world when I was four and that Minnie's house was there........OHMYGOSH it was the coolest thing ever!!!!!! Can't believe they tore it down it was so cute!!!!!!

I couldn't imagine living a house like those or even in my neighborhood. I don't think Star Wars and The Hobbit are cartoons plus Hello Kitty is an anime, but the Minnie house is just something as an attraction not like you can actually live there.
The pineapple isn't based off spongebob, it's located in Nambour (pronounced nam-bore) Queensland Australia, it's an Australian landmark called "The Big Pineapple", Australia is known for its big monuments including; the big banana, the big sheep and the big prawn. The big pineapple was built because its location was a pineapple farm, that was turned into a theme park with rides such as the walnut train through history. It's not a house it's a land mark.

Marina City in Chicago, Illinois, USA looks just like the Jetsons Apartment building (though it may be the model that Hanna-Barbera used be the other way around since it was designed a year or so before the cartoon aired).

I live 10 mins away from the "up" house. in slc they have a home show, where you can walk through all the new houses and I went inside the "up" house and it looks like the movie. its really nice. but probably if you don't like bright colors you wouldn't like it
The Simpsons house was never sold, the winner went for the 75k$ instead of the house since they lived in Kentucky and didn't want to move that far away
