vegan as a 'lifestyle' in my experience is largely political and ideological - it is what, IMHO is the biggest reason why people are turned off by the concept of being 'vegan'
Great video I love how you’re glowing with great energy. I like to hear vegan channels while I floss and brush my teeth and I randomly found your vegan juice video (says 2 years ago) and I loved your speech. I clicked around on some newer videos and saw you literally aged in reverse! I don’t know why some people complain that being vegan makes them look dull or they age quicker but you clearly look absolutely bubbly and wonderful 🏆🎉
These are awesome hacks. You know I need to get my Vitamix going and make my own peanut butter. I was so upset last week while stirring the peanut butter the oil splashed all over my top just before leaving for work because the peanut butter had become so hard in the jar I just bought!🤨 Sorry for the rant.😊💞
Yes I does have saturated fat, not something to use daily but on occasion it’s something I do utilize. You can always sub it for another plant milk as you choose what’s best for you😊
we open all our plastic packaging that our veggies and fruit come in and place two paper towels inside the bag... one on either side and leave the bag slightly open. we slice ours open with a knife.. like carrots, asparagus and celery from Costco etc. we also do it with fruits like berries, apples etc. the fruit and veg can breathe and the paper towel absorbs any excess moisture. this doubles the fridge life of our veggies and berries.
I'm not vegan but I like to incorporate some vegetarian & vegan meal ideas into my meal plans. Wow...I love your tips #1-#4 and #7 & #10! These will be great little helps for me! Thank you! 🙂
