The guy singing is not Al McKay, Al McKay is the old guy dressed in black on guitar.... He was one of the original members of Earth wind & fire, he's in the 70s as of 2021 !!!!! Those great young singers are guys he recruited for his band !!!!

He's in the 70s as of 2021... Those fine young singers are guys he put together for his band, as you can see and hear he only gets the best !!!
