Personally i don't believe in any personnality, for me, it's useless to call myself, "Alpha" or "beta"... But I now understand why you need to use the word "Sigma" and still continuing videos about them. Because it makes some people conscious, and they are not wasting their life at doing something that is not making them improve anymore. But still there are some people who don't understand that they have to find their own path, and stop trying to fit into the "Sigma" personality and just be themselves. Your videos are very useful. I think they would be even greater with some humor, and more philosophy. 🙏😁

I'm very social when I have to be. If the end goal requires me to publicly speak or be social I will kill it every time. People assume a background in public speaking. The truth is I can confirm into any role require to reach the end objective. Even if it requires me to step outside of my comfort.

"Sigmas are the ultimate form of the alpha male" No, we're not. Alphas want control over others and thrive on admiration. Sigmas want only control over our own lives and don't need any reinforcement from anyone. Pretty opposite if you ask me. "Sigmas don't respect authority" That is also not true. Respect is the default position for authority. However, that doesn't mean that we follow blindly or without question. We hold authority to account. There's nothing disrespectful in that. If "authority" doesn't pass muster (it's incompetent, abusive, violative of rights, or arbitrary) THEN and ONLY then is it not respected.

I think I'm an awakening sigma, I will change the alpha demands if I sense its their ego to show who's the boss, but I will cooperate once a while to let them know you are the boss and I'm not interested in completing with them, to avoid the conflicts. And they will respect me and will leave me alone most the time.

I do not agree. Although sigma males are not fond of the hierarchy around them, it doesn't mean they are not compromising for the sake of their families, job, wealth etc. They do put on a mask sometimes. Others do not fear them for being Sigma, but because they can't predict their actions or moves.
