It’s looking like Caleb for Young straight up would have been highway robbery. When you add Moore and those other picks, it looks like a forced trade on Madden.
First time that I have seen the specifics about the Herschel Walker deal. So, that was the reason why the Cowboys were so powerful in the early 90s. :D
@@AuraDivinity I'm going to say it's more likely the Watson trade overtakes the Herschel Walker deal. Not that Chicago can't win, but I don't see multiple titles for them.
It was actually the players the Vikings gave away in the Walker trade that rebuilt the Cowboys. They were traded with conditional picks attached to them and the Vikings didn't believe Johnson would cut all of them and just take the picks.
Im telling you Flacco has 1 last chance and can do this. This is from a Ravens fan as of 2018. Flacco earned my respect to Lamar. He handled things as a boss does & he did not loose his starting job due to play. Just a 6'5 cannon arm.
As a Jets fan who held him for one season, I loved watching Joe Cool on the field when he was here and saw the flashes of greatness that led your Ravens to a epic title win (everybody in NYC was turnt up when Baltimore took the chip)
I still thank Carolina for loading up my bears and loving this season so far. They set our franchise up to finally succeed for years not just a season or two
Texans have fleeced multiple teams since that bad deal and they’ve impressively recovered back to the elite status they had when Watson/Watt/Hopkins ran the show. They get a pass
Stroud would've been annihilated in Carolina just like everyone else. The only thing Dalton has done this season is avoid joining the Browns and Lions on the established teams goose egg list.
As a panthers fan, Scott fitterer will live rent free in my dreams forever. He re defined what “Keep Pounding” means for panthers fans. As that’s what’s happening to our sense of dignity for years to come.
The bills twice sent to the kc chiefs their first round picks where kc got Patrick Mahomes and Xavier Worthy. Now the bills got tredavios white and in 2024 they traded the pick for pick 33 and got someone I don't remember. Mr. White is a bust due to injury.
Another one is Marquise Brown to the Cardinals. Not only was Brown not as good in Arizona than he was in Baltimore, but it sunk the Cardinals straight into the basement of the NFL. Did I mention that the picks they gave up to the Ravens became Tyler Linderbaum and Jordan Stout. OUCH!
I think Bryce will be ok somewhere else. Bryce was really a second rounder only because he needed to sit for a couple years. He has to get stronger and bulk up, he can't play at his size. He also needs a top 10 oline and a good RB would be nice too. People make him better not the other way around but that being said with time he could give you close to what Tua can.
It seems weird, but now that Watson is on IR again, they may improve. DTR and Jameis may not be great, but they also may end up being better than Watson's sorry play. Way to cut bait on a good thing in Baker and go with a PR nightmare.
Not a fan of either team But Mahomes in 2017 seriously we’re seeing just how wrong “the experts” were Alot of teams missed out (Bears 9ers Titans Bengals Jets Panthers) Bills (traded 10th to KC leaving out Browns since Myles Garrett is HOF talent His impact still affecting the game
If Carolina had not traded picks and drafted Bryce Young or any QB with that draft, they probably sign a veteran QB to start. What makes you think they still finish with the worst record and are in position to draft Caleb then? You sound as dumb as the people orchestrating these trades.
If the Panthers kept Moore and used the 1st overall pick on someone other than Young they probably would have had a better season and not earned the number 1 overall pick in 2024.
@@poling1990 Same with Eric DeCosta in Baltimore. Arizona and Chicago in particular will let you know about how EDC fleeced them to the point where each of them ended up with Top 3 picks not even a year after they got fleeced.
Hahahahaha the giants passed on fields and Mac jones oh no what a terrible idea to pass on a back up QB in Jax and the other one seeing ok success thanks to the Steelers organization
Im laughin at the cowboys on this, make that jerry jones to be exact, once you choose michael gallop, i knew yall were screwed, they shouldve released elliot first, but they didnt
I would argue the packers trading A Rod to the jets they haven't had a winning record since and all the pick the packers received and whi are becoming studs while jest fired Robert salha and got devante adams tell me this trade isn't a bust the new York packers can't even win
I’m not even a Browns fan but the DiddyShawn Watson trade dragged the Browns from almost watchable back to the lol browns of the old days. They really should have stuck with Mayfield and kept all those picks
Cleveland has always been a mess even with baker except for the panther's running back this isn't a very good list even Dallas because dak is a play action quarterback that has been mishandled by headcoachs and oc's alike draft picks don't count because they all have low percentages of who will succeed and who will not
I told my co worker who is a browns fan that watson was a bad decision & he wasnt any better than Mayfield he laughed but the only reason texans had any success was cause of the team around watson
Caleb Williams will likely end up being a bust like 99% of USC QBs over the last 20 seasons. No one has don't much of anything when they're a qb from usc. Carson Palmer is the only one that was successful and he wasn't very good in the first place
@phin7742 yeah but you shouldn't draft a qb out of usc. Fields was just fine. Gotta use the #1 pick some either a better qb or a WR. Which was never gonna happen. Caleb has been. Okay so far but nothing too special.
That laughable college talk has got to stop we’ve seen the past 4-5 yrs change Mahomes Texas Tech Burrow LSU Hurts/Tua Alabama/Oklahoma Allen Wyoming CJ Stroud OSU (single handedly silencing doubters) Herbert Oregon Before these QBs? Sure it was fair game not so much recently
