I've been a bass player for 20 years but last year I finally returned to the Guitar as well. I've also recently developed bad arthritis in my finger joints. Playing guitar is the only thing that keeps my fingers flexible on a daily basis. These exercises will definitely help me (and others with similar issues). Plus I need a break from Running thru scales. Thanks for the video. Hopefully it will also improve my shredding. Meditation leads to Shreditation!

9 of those riffs sounds like jazz riffs. I definitely want to try the exercise.

His how are you dude rock on l am learning to play guitar basic power chords.

3rd riff, isn’t the last note a 7th fret not 5th or am i missing the point or something. Or is the point of the exercise is to skip a string?
