Thanks for the amazing tips! I got back into Strive to play A.B.A and I've been enjoying her so much but I always put myself in bad situations and throw so many games by not handling the bar correctly thanks to this I see crearly some of the mistakes I was doing
you are the only video that has helpful information beyond "just dont drop rage lol". thank you. it may not seem like much but ill share a trick of my own as thanks. In JR you can get an almost guaranteed wallbreak with a super simple one button combo that loops up to 3 times without putting more effort (but it gets better if you do) 2k 236k 2k 236k 2k 236k and it does decent damage
Thank you very much! It makes me happy that people find my videos helpful, I am new to content creation and have a lot to work on. I think the most optimal combos in JR are the ones where you do j H > j.D > land and loop until wallbreak, I don't main ABA so I'm not sure. I am planning to make a defense guide but it will probably be a while since I am pretty busy IRL for a couple weeks.
Hey man, great video! I've been looking for some good tips for ABA. I've recently started playing strive and when I saw her it immediately clicked. And Your guide is the only one that gives such a good tips. Keep up the good work!
Great tips. I actually came back to the game to play her and with some friends that are getting into it as their first 2D fighter. She's definitely shaping up to be a fun character, but definitely relies on some more optimal combo routing due to her meter management. Keep up the good work!
Yeah ABA is really fun and I think she is better than most people make her out to be. It will depend on how consistently she can be in Jealous rage and optimal routing really helps with gaining / preserving gauge. Unfortunately I don't have a video on optimal routes although I have an day 1 combo guide. Thank you for watching my video!
these tips are mostly great but I still feel like danzai-ing the opponents wakeup is valid because of the great oki and pressure you can get out of it for little risk
I try practicing dash canceling but I keep getting hit. I have cpu on counter after block. Is the dash cancel string true because if so I want to know what I'm doing wrong I see the little fire but bonding doesn't come out or I get hit.
Most likely you're not inputing dash cancel into 214H quick enough, if you see the sparks and dash forward without bonding coming out you were too slow. It is a hard technique so don't be discouraged if it takes some time to learn, I play Ram and I am used to canceling my rekka's but even I think this is probably a bit harder. Keep practicing and I'm sure you will get it!
Helpful info. Haven't tried her in vs yet, but watched Roofle's guide & this. Curious what to do for Tip 5- wallbreak. Might look up a combo or two. Thanks for the vid.
hey buddy if you're gonna insult aba players by saying shit like "most players don't think" or "PLEASE PLEASE don't do this" at least have your video not be ass
