I ❤ the vibe there. I've been to Belize City & came to Caye Caulker, in May '24. I ❤️ the laid back & chill vibe. The U.S. is depressing & stressful. I'm moving there, because I want to live that lifestyle! I'm over living in the States!

Prices for food is very comparable to prices in the U.S. eggs are very cheap however. Roads in Ambergris are the worst. Truly “shocking” on the body. Country is also experiencing more blackouts in the past 3 weeks.
Well San Pedro is literally the most expensive destination in Belize. Mainland food prices are almost half that of San Pedro. I agree, the power outages are insane. Our government needs to do better especially in regards to infrastructure.
