I'm back from my military service! I hope RU-vid will still recommend my video after the short break. Meanwhile, I need your help! If you enjoyed my videos, please help me with the 👍 like button and leave a comment to say hi! That will help a lot to reassure the algorithm that you guys are enjoying it. Huge thanks for the love! ❤
1. No screen time 2. Love language 3. Sleep smart 4. Posture reminder 5. Smile 6. Make time for hobbies 7. Eat the frog (do the most challenging task first) 8. Read 9. Budgeting 10. Pay on time
@Vincent Dr. Worked for me... eat consciously. Sit down, chew slowly. Taste flavors. Sit down as you enjoy food. It was hard [American here] not to eat standing up, chewing from stove and frig.
I've tried decreasing my phone time and increasing the time I spend on reading books, and it has helped so much! The last month I've read more books than the previous year!
Hi Cheng thank you for your video. I have a hard time working out daily, so maybe if I do it in the morning, I can get it out of the way of the things I need to for the rest of the day. I find myself demotivated or distracted in the afternoon, or even tired by evening, so doing it in morning might be the key for me. I used to be an athlete in high school and university, and during university I would wake up at around 4am so I can be at practice by 6am. Then I take my classes 9am onwards. Surprisingly I felt energized throughout the day and not tired even if I had practice in the morning. Your video reminded me of that, so thanks again!
One habit that I like to adopt this year is to focus more on the positive things especially in conversation with others. I reckoned that when I speak to others it often begins that we complain about so many things and after a conversation like this no one actually feels better. So in the moment I really focus on that habit :)
I am working on adding Hara Hachi Bu to my life. AKA 80% full. I like to eat and find it a challenge to follow but I feel it will add a lot of value to my life. Thanks again for the video CK.
Thank you for the tips again CK, I'm always very happy to watch your videos on habits and minimalism. Congrats on having such a nice lady by your side too! Love from Brazil 🇧🇷❤
Some of the habits I'm working on this year are: read every day, exercise for 30 minutes a day (at least stretching 😅) and work on my mental health continuously which means regular breaks and days of "no work at all".
I think the hardest habit for me is to wake up early, like 5 or 6 am, and also don’t use my phone half an hour before sleep. I working on it tough. I find so useful your 10 habits, I’ll try them
I read first thing in the morning before work, it is very relaxing and I enjoy that time of the day :) and I would like to make the habit of not drinking too much coffee
Hey CK, could you do a video on procrastination? I’m a huge fan of your channel and it is something I often struggle with. I feel content when I take your advice and some of your routines. I think myself and a lot of your fans would gain a lot from a video on procrastinating. Thanks CK
I'm very happy that you're back Cheng. Very precise and simple your recommendations. A really important one is "make time for hobbies". As always, saludos from México
Yay welcome back CK. Love lots from the Philippines. Thanks to your videos, I can practice my minimalism better especially living with non-minimalist people just like you. Wishing you the best!
Keeping a good sitting posture is easy when you have the right chair. A gaming chair or IKEA Pöang just makes a proper spine alignment second nature, especially if you’re in front of a computer all day.
Smiling with eyes works, been doing a lot of that since the pancetta started (I refuse to use the correct word at this point I'm sick of this sickness)
Hi CKSPACE, i really admire how you organise your thoughts. These habits are realistic in nature, something we can work on and not end up procrastinating. Keep it up. 💙💚🧡
welcome back, CK! for the past two weeks, i always checked your channel waiting for a new upload but then i remembered that you are on your military service 😆 that’s how badly i want to watch your videos 😆
Welcome back! I love reading, but I've gotten really lazy about it during the pandemic. Although I need less screen time, it's hard to tear myself away. But that's one I want to work on.
You hit it right on the nail! Exercise and increasing my water intake are def on the list! The relationship aspect was much needed and I appreciate that it was put first - it's that important!.
Aw man you said it bro, I’m procrastinating when I should be writing my next script and yes it’s terrible lmao but I’ll get it done right after I finish this video 🤜🏻🤛🏻
reciprocate: reh-SIP-pro-(the letter)K-ate. If you have trouble with other words, you can google (duckduckgo) the definition and it shows a button where you can hear the word spoken. I hope this helps. :)
Very good tips! I already practice every single one, but It is nice to see that I'm in the right way. Also, reading right after I wake up, even if I read for just only 20 minutes, improve my concentraction for other activities a lot. Hugs from Brasil.
Great video! Personally, I'm trying to get into the habit of learning Japanese everyday for 30 minutes. Oh and that posture one, that one made me laugh a lot. I sat straight up as you just said!
When you don’t feel motivated, try just 2 minutes as a goal instead of 30. You’ll find that you might just reach 30 minutes anyway because you were just too lazy to quit!
@@status101-danielho6 Thank you for this advice, you're absolutely right! The hardest part is starting and 2 minutes doesn't sound as bad, who knows how long I'll be studying after those 2 minutes pass!
Hey bro, just wanted to thank you so much for everything thing...it sounds that you didn't do anything but I am really inspired by your videos and watched a lot of them...the habits videos are awesome and changed my life. I started waking up early and this what made a huge difference and I started having better grades so thanks a lot for doing those videos and changing my life.❤️
two things: I don't need to smile randomly to stop from being grumpy because I just laugh at my own pain and also i just moved the subtitles around with my touchscreen laptop like wth
🦋Wonderful video! In US, this is a stressful time. 😥 I’m afraid to smile. 🤭 If I smile, will some opinionated bully attack me? 💥🤬💥 Today, I will smile to my dog 🐶 when we are at the park. ☀️ 🙏🏻 Thank you CK, for your 🌿 lovely video and hopeful message. 💕😎👍💖 Especially today🦋
Hope thing are well on your end. That's a good idea, starting small and smiling to your dog! Appreciate the kind words and I hope you have a great day ahead!😊🙏
Awesome advice, curious how much is culturally learned? I was embarking on this journey on my own having plenty of quarantine time to think about and realize a change is mandatory! thank you
I think that girl in your video is your girlfriend. She is lovely and very natural looking. If so, bless you both. Enjoyed these tips. Greetings from Switzerland.
