Started from all attack and I am 15 and played to state level..the best coach. on my first year I don't even have a club or any coach who can teach me but I loved to play football and all attack is my first coach...they teaches better than anyone else.. thanks for everything..❤
I use roll cut a lot. I also like to use roll stop but without changing direction. When defender is running next to you at high speed, u just stop then immediately push it the same direction u were running. It’s very confusing for a def and your attack flow won’t choke
The last one is filthy especially if if the defender is pushing up on you. Use it all the time can’t think of when it hasn’t work to easily beat the defender.
Soll roll is an excellent skill to have but remember it's also risky. Don't show too much of the ball when doing these skills. Defenders can predict your movements so make sure that you master these techniques and be quick at it. All the best.

My best sole roll skills is the roll cut inspired by Neymar. My 2nd favourite but don't like to use it is Roulette. I always end up tackled from behind
apply ice packs on it, DON'T PLAY FOOTBALL OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY during the soarness, apply "biofreeze spray" on ittime to time. I had this injury once, and it recovered pretty soon using the above medics & care 😉
