To be entirely honest, I was always miffed at the way they decided to handle Chef. Regardless of Isaac Hayes, I think the character deserved more. I know South Park is raunchy, I’ve been watching it for basically as long as I’ve been born, but still, I would prefer they send him off on an island somewhere, rather than what happened to him.

Isaac Hayes quit South Park they didn't fire him. Then like most shows when a character is done with they are usually killed off and after the Come out of closet episode yes he left the show

Heidi definitely deserves better, especially since the show decided to just dump her like a hot potato right after she broke up with Cartman as if Heidi’s entire role was simply to be Cartman’s abused girlfriend

Well, when heidi broke up with kyle, she made a point, he and his family(especially his dad) must be the reason why she’s with eric cartman, kyle and his friends destroyed cartman’s devices because they thought he’s skankhunt42, but in reality, it was his dad(he made the chaos in s20) Not to mention when she and everyone compared him to his mom in super hard pcness, that really hurted him because he suffered when trying to save the world while dealing with his mom really acting deluded and throwing tantrums because she thinks her sons are defying him due to using the internet(all because gerald threw ike under the bus)

It sucks that Isaac Hayes died. I mean chef was in so many episodes and such a prominent role in so many of them. South Park has now been around long enough that chef now hasn't even been in half the episodes anymore when initially he was in the vast majority before his character would get killed off. Although he did come back at the end of that episode as Darth chef but nothing came of that

Bit late for a input but surely miss crappletree the bus driver (more then likely butchered the name) deserved a spot. I mean she was only ever seen driving and her only lines were sit down. Then later on she was brutally murdered for no reason

Some of these episodes just weren't funny sad to say! Chef deserved better as did Officer Butt-Baby, I mean Officer Bar-Brady! LOL As much as Isaac Hayes was being an ass in real life, his character's send off was disgusting and unfunny! I know South Park got dirty and inappropriate, but at times they did take things too far! Stan's dad turning into a legal weed grower and Onlyfans perv was just plain disgusting, but Randy got very, very, very unfunny! Butters and Pip were both stupid! I'm glad Randy didn't make the list!

Imo Shelly also deserves cuz she was probably the unwanted shotgun wedding baby while Stan was the kid her parents did want. It’s kinda seen with her relationship w/ that sicko Skylar and how in that one episode Randy said he has a wife and son at home (or something along those lines) and stopped there, completely leaving Shelly out.
