You forgot the stage leading to stage 10 where the hakuda user starts using the combos that their father uses on them after coming home drunk

Hakuda doesn't need a nerf. It needs a rework. No one should be able to do ABA air combos in a no-stun game.

I can't wait for the hakuda "just parry, it's not that good" specialists to instantly drop hakuda when it will inevitably get nerfed.

You forgot the depression stage. People who originally went hakuda in the first game because they thought yoruichi and punching people in a sword game was cool. They decided to stick to hakuda because they found it fun before becoming depressed due to the hate caused by metamancers. They actually can't wait for the hakuda rework because they agree hakuda needs a rework and can't wait to be able to go back to punching people in the sword game without getting flack for it.

I refuse to start a Hakuda slot because I hate them

I got into hakuda bc I like using my fist and feet. Being a genuine fighter instead of a sword guy. When they added grasp essence back in type soul 1 and I was dragging people? That solidified it for me

In a sense, hakuda progression mimics the progression of hollows in a way, with a small majority making it to being actually strong, but only those without parental love making it to vasto lorde levels of strength from the get go.

Made me feel good to have a supportive father figure, not metamancing and not build carried to stage 10😭 hakuda is amazing to fight against and to use if ur hakuda, but vurrent hakuda just doesnt work with type soul im excited for the rework tho

The stage 3.5 is so real. I agree with the clothing stuff especially.

About stage 8, it's gonna make my hakuda experience even better since I have DD. It being grounded is gonna increase my dmg output by tenfold. Btw, just parry.

Among all hakuda, arrancar is basically the representation of it crit is uptilt and pantera combo is a very long barrage

I feel like I'm one of the few players that plays Hakuda just cause I like martial arts. I'd love if it got a rework so it won't be completely boring to play, but I just hope it doesn't mess with the styles I worked hard for.

I love being able to parry decently in my own servers, but when I see a hakuda player while I'm in a horribly laggy server, I feel fear for the very last time. [Hakuda true combo'd, death dealing AOE into an uppercut into tora reach, negation, death flair, crazed blitz into shori into black flash I'm cooked.]

theres actually a stage thats skipped over, when you first get hakuda and have no clue how to do true combos so you think hakuda sucks cuz people just block or dash out your combo, i figured out how it works but back then i was like how do people think hakuda is op when u can press q out of it or just block not parry (i was using non guardbreak moves)

I use hakuda for 2 reasons, it’s funny to beat people with swords with my fists and they get mad over the game, and 2 I got black flash dust and it’s funny seeing them rage at me hitting the most broken move in the game with basically no cooldown LOL

Fun fact 😀every underage hakuda player usually waits to feed on Setro's Milk which includes buffing it, adding new moves, and nerfing everything other then hakuda... which is to be expect of Setro grooming

i have only met 2 hakuda players in ranked who are aware they have an f key and/or run away the entire match granted im only like gold 2 because i dont do ranked that often

my problem with hakuda is that its a 50/50 when in a combo. If you try a hyperarmour strat they could spine rend and screw you over, but if you try to block you get block broken. A game of rock, paper, scissors just isnt fun for me especially if they win most of the time because alot of hyper armour moves have enough startup for them to spine rend based on prediction.

As a soul reaper who's been on shunko since old type soul I can confidently say that Mr.Recounting is completely correct about the average hakuda player nowadays. Anyways still love the way it feels to be a hater 🙏 also just parry and use a hyperarmor move to escape hakuda combos like spinerend crazed blitz overpowering slash waterfall dance cero salvo cero sweep cero scourge for a few examples....

I have been playing pure kendo since the first release of type soul And the mortal ties flash step nerf pissed me off so fucking much that i switched to hakuda

im hyped for the hakuda rework it was a blast doing the most evil combos with bone and having dbz fights whenever i encounter a full hakuda user but its just not very fun anymore also shunko killed my enjoyment in the game i got mukyu shunko wind variant then got so bored i went and made a light alt since i didnt really want to go bone again since i already did that playing kendo rn and its been crazy fun berserk feels so absolutely evil to play every time i pop bankai it feels like i popped irl and am going demon mode yeah berserk is crazy underrated (PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY I WANT TO KEEP MY ANTI STUN DEMON BANKAI)

even after the nerf, I got hit with the filthiest combo ever in ranked. I deadass attempted to parry every move and it block broke, then I watch myself get put in 6 cutscenes back to back. Yet, the dude said "Just parry youre so ass!!" Like what could I do in that situation?

I don't use "just parry" as as argument, I use "just use one of the many hyperarmor or counter moves in every single tree" argument. High elo players know how easy hakuda is to counter lol.

Not even gonna lie. The only reason I picked Hakuda was cuz of funny Tekken Reference. I dont take the game that seriously. I literally jyst go Hakuda + Devil with Partial Essence so I can actually function without relying entirely on Inferno into Shori, since the 3 moves work better together. Might try Pantera at some point cuz the Res looks really cool, but Im sticking with Devil once it gets its Segunda. Cuz I am praying to god that it's either a True Devil Kazuya or Angel Jin reference.

If I had to be honest At the very start of type soul Public release In july 3rd 2023 back when quincies was the kindest race willing to party up with anyone I went hakuda not knowing what it did yet cause no one did there wasn't any videos on it until 4 weeks later which called hakuda bad cause everything countered it I soul ticketed my 1st character which was a quincy to become a soul reaper Another 4 weeks later someone made a video on myuko shunko wind with wind shikai post rework wind And then more people started using hakuda but not many Then type soul copies came Which became the hakuda training grounds most people that play hakuda played that to get good with it cause it required skill and there was only 3 or 4 videos on it BEFORE revamp which is when hakuda became popular because most of the counters were nerfed kendo speed kido All nerfed to a state to where hakuda became easier to use and now here we are where hakuda is a noob stomper but still needs skill to use against skilled opponent
