A real estate developer in central China’s Hunan province constructed a 10-storey residential building in 28 hours and 45 minutes. Each flat is prefabricated at their factory and then transported to the site. The building was constructed using stainless steel slabs which are designed to resist earthquakes and typhoons, according to the company.

Judging from the looks of the inside of the apartments, the target buyers they are looking for are people who WOULD REQUIRE there are lifts. Imagine you are the salesperson, and you need to show the top floor to your clients who are looking for quality living! As for fire stairs, they are required by law in China. For example: They have blocked off one of the main roads near my house for a little over a year now, but they haven't even gotten people in there to start fixing the road yet! At this rate it could take three years by the time they finished tearing down a stretch of road about 65 yard long and repave it with new asphalt! Maybe what we need is a Chinese company! I'm sure they could do it within 3 days or less and the result would probably be better to boot!

And lastly the reason why it's so hard for CCP to make changes is because change of policies won't happen until there is order from the highest level guys, or maybe the top one guy. but those old uneducated bureaucrats only care about face projects like space exploration, they are so uneducated the only education they received is communist indoctrinations. CCP needs to give every functional departments incentives to better themselves and give every level of government or public institutes a certain degree of autonomy so they have the right to better themselves, or at least be open to opinions from low levels of governmental organizations! These old uneducated brainwashed cadres can't possibly know how to deal with everything ranging from education to housing to scientific research correctly and professionally! you can't expect to wait for commands from them to make changes, they might not notice it in their life time or next life since all they do is reciting communist indoctrinations routinely! And this has been arguably the most detrimental downside of Communist governments! Not allowing opinions from the bottom, suppressing speeches so no low level guys dare to give opinions. The one top guy determines every thing! also insensitive to public opinions, the top one guy has more power then the rest of the entire population! It's even worse then imperialism because in imperialism at least people are not indoctrinating or brainwashing each other, the governance structure is better and science developed and prospered in imperial societies, China got out of imperialism 1 hundred years ago, but shortly after fell right into something even worse! That's unfortunate and we demand all the changes mentioned above!

So people in other countries, like u s, doing it hard labor manually nailing, taping each individual wood, brick togather, is that also consider assemble too because all they really do is stack/Assemble wood/brick together? Not like they actually cut, finish wood from Tree or anything.

Pakistani here, can confirm for my country. The building doesn't start its construction phase until all the apartments booked for purchase by the people. What this does is that people who want these apartments already pay for it.So the people who planned this building don't have to pay a cent.xD

As a Canadian living in China, I would choose this over any standard building because for some of those buildings, to save in concrete they would sandwich trash, glass bottles, even knives in between the concrete, just to save costs.
