For me, zoning out out of nowhere like me in class, feels like... when Im listening to a lesson then all of the sudden I just stare at something, and my mind focuses on nothing for a few seconds then suddenly my senses returned. I actually can choose whether or not to continue this nice drifting feeling on focusing on nothing or I just suddenly move my head forward fast and blink. Atleast thats for me tbh, idk about others.
