When a weapon is classified as "stupidly overpowered", it should be feared and avoided at all costs. For more awesome content, check out: whatculture.com/ Follow us on Facebook at: / whatculture Catch us on Twitter: / wc_comics
You could "SO" easily do a part 2 (3, 4, 5, 6...) to this list. Over the years (decades - since the 60s) that I've read comics I've often cringed at "all-power" and "ultimate" weapons. (And vulnerabilities too... I mean, "wood"? "yellow"? "fire"? "magic"?) As always thank you so very much for the video. At least the Ultimate Nullifier gave me one of my favorite lines from comics: "YOU HAVE GIVEN A MATCH TO A CHILD WHO LIVES IN A TINDERBOX!" (Galactus to the Watcher - Fantastic Four #50, 1966, page 8).
The white lantern power is unbelievably powerful, Kyle Rayner was creating life and changing the universe just by thinking about it unwittingly. And of course, I can’t forget to mention infinity gauntlet number four, that comic changed my perception of superheroes and villains all together. Thanos ripping them apart, literally and figuratively.
2:45 Imagine trying to remember what each of the ten rings did and which finger you had to wear it on. I’m glad they changed it to the ones in Shang-Chi, it’s a lot less complicated.
Some of the WhatCulture videos are beyond awful. Not only do the lists themselves not make sense, but they get some poor soul to narrate who, clearly, knows nothing about the topic.
I just had to look that up as thought I may have got it wrong, as all these years I knew it as ‘New Genesis’. All I can say the commentator of the video not a Genius.😄
@@bnostoppingme isn't that kinda what your doing toxic crusader wannabe? You see you and your kind is what's wrong...I say something you don't like...and here we go...I'm toxic. How about this you guaranteed liberal douchebag...eat one.

Ahh, the good old WhatCulture mispronunciation trope continues... I was going to criticise the pronunciation of New God Himon... until I realised i've never heard the name spoken aloud before, so I'll let that slide. But as for his creation - The Mother Box - (not Boom Box as stated at least once in the V/O), it originates from New GENESIS not GENIUS. Are these script issues? Or simply incompetent presenters? I thought that was what editors were paid for...
On Mjolnir: It doesn't allow Thor to understand all languages, that's a common ability for all gods in marvel, literally called the "Allspeak" -> marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Glossary:Allspeak.
