I've owned a candle lantern for about 30 years - they are the best! I sure liked the little Japanese scissors.

Haha! I’ve had that exact model of victorinox knife for 30 years. It’s still just as good today as ever. Edit- and the same candle lanterns! 😂

I have the same Victorinox model (in red) and still use it since more than 25 years

The candel was sick and the tiny scissors are just crazy good for their size

the jackknife: the punch is also a sewing awl - put thin string through the hole and you have an awl and you can repair a torn bag, trousers, coat by the light of the uco mini-lantern.

I use those mylar blankets to make solar ovens, way better than aluminum foil.
