Hey BP, this is a bit off topic and may be better explained in a video rather than over a comment, but what can a beginner investor do to take advantage/avoid issues if there is a market crash? I keep hearing that the market is set to crash later this year and I am wondering how that will affect investing in real estate. Also, great video! @@millionairemindset2062 Ok, probably overly optimistic. However, the economic indicators are still quite strong. The chances of everything going to hell quickly is quite unlikely unless we go to war (which historically has been a good thing)
