Another great podcast. Heaton Lodge is a fantastic layout, especially considering it's in such a 'large' scale. I'm lucky enough to see the 1:1 scale set-up of the modern version of it from the back of either a 185 or an 802

I have a small amount of 0 Gauge outside my back door. It’s a complete Mamod train set complete with Mamod track. It’s only a small oval, but it gives my little Mamod steam locomotive and carriages to run around my patio.

Having worked with a reasonably local heritage railway, I can confirm that an infinite variety of locomotives, carriages and freight wagons are used.

We have a Steampunk layout running at the Whitewebbs Museum of Transport Model Railway Day on 13 July!!

I’ve not seen your videos before. The one thing I’m missing is that there’s no pictures or videos being shown.

I have the original Caledonian Train Pack from Hornby, complete with the 4-2-2 steam locomotive.

I love the locomotives and running trains, but I only have a micro layout in 00!! The layout was made by a friend and older member of the club to which I belong.

For me, the diesel locomotive could be replaced with a Bulleid Leader steam locomotive.
