@@creativerse6447 at eighteen years old , you are already 95% grown to your potential , but if you try your best for the next 3 years or until the age of 21 you might increase your height and weight . i would suggest sleeping for 9-10 hours which will be the most important thing of them all. eating a balanced meal with 120-200 gram protein and lots of dairy like milk and curd will ensure you get strong put on mass and also grow in height. exercising and weight training are gonna make you really a different person after 3 years. just today i turned 19 , i started applying these things into my life when i was 17 and i was 107kg while being 5'7 inch. i am now 79Kg and 6'2 so i would say that these things work . Btw writing this took way too long so please do try applying these things to your life to make it worth . stay happy , PEACE

Chad is right - I eat almost everything in my teen ages and I was 6 feet in class 10 and on another hand my cushion was bearly 5’5 in is teen now he is 5’7 age 19 and I’m 6’4 at the age of 20 ( maybe your thinking i got good genetics but the catch is yes eating all types of Balance diet in your Puberty will actually help you to get the height and frame in your body and it’s a fact!!! )

Height is absolutely genetic, some are late bloomers or early boomers. I've been on a good diet, doing literally every one of those "increase height exercises", been on nofap since October 2023, 9 hours of sleep and I'm still 5'5 and 16. I can now only wait and pray.

if You Want to go to gym as a teenager, if recommend not to lift too much weight, Like deadlifts. It WILL increase your height but it will slow the process of growth. While pulls ups, your spine stretches, during deadlift and exercises like that. Your spine is not stretching but being pressed. It's slowing your height down.

Bhaiya badminton competetive level pe atheletic hai kya. Bhaiya mai 55 kg ka hu mai 70g protein khat par vegetarian and mostly non dairy food se to kya mera protein intake pura nahi hoga .Ek baar body fasting ki vajah height rok de to kya vapas height badhne lag jayegi agar phir achhi diet mile .
