Studying stoicism is how I take care of myself mentally. It helps to keep the world's troubles in perspective. Also, making my home as cozy as possible is a serious priority. Keeping it free of clutter and good warm lighting is so important for dialing down after a long day. Yes on sleep!! We don't realize how much it impacts our lives until it's terrible and then we go back and get good sleep. I'm quite stingy with my bedtime routine. I need to look into those lounging bras. I need something cozy to change into after work. Thanks for sharing all these great ideas on taking good care of ourselves. 😊
Okay, I need to look into this!! I've never heard of that. I totally agree about the home, it's something I do for myself too. I don't think people realize how import sleep is and not just length, but how your body lays, etc. It's so impactful to your day/life.

For an all leather luxury bag, it's actually a great price for luxury right now. Luxury has gotten out of control so it's hard to get an all leather bag at this price.
