Today I was out bombing and I was tagging inside a portable washroom. When I was finished I decided to, you know, use it. Only problem was that the toilet seat was tagged like crazy. I didn’t thing much of it and I went on with my business. Fast forward to me in the shower, I see blue and pink streams in the shower water below me. Obviously I freak out and I look in the mirror and low and behold. My entire ass had tag stains all over it. Weirdest experience that I’ve ever had in this hobby.

One thing thats annoying is when marker ink gets all over your things when you open it.

As a writer I respect street art shit looks dope yeah it's being done legally but it's about the art weather it's legal or not

i hate it when people call it “defacing” when in reality i’m doing art on a ugly blank wall owned by the government

Went out proper tagging for the first time yesterday with a buddy. All of that time spent in the books really paid off.

I got told bout a levee that was shutdown when in fact it wasn't so I almost died because the water came rushing in mid paint so my throw wasn't finished and I almost died. So definitely misleading information

10. Graffiti Karen's, the guys who feel the need to comment on beginners post "toy" or "poser" like they weren't dog shit at one point themselves. Honestly there's too many gatekeepers in graf.

I hate other writers that dont pick up their cans at a chill spot. Or if they leave other garbage like smashed alcohol bottles or something. For a chill spot to stay chill, you can't be leaving your trash everywhere

Not everyone has this but I hate the paranoia when you find a good spot Like I have to stand around for 5 minutes then tag or do a throwie which annoys me so much

When you're trying to use a paint marker but the surface is dirty

When people start acting like you’re breaking the law when you’re in a legal area

Here are some: - people making you stop painting like if the wall was theirs, making no difference as you will obviously come back and finish it, but it would be worse to not as they will just have an ugly unfinished piece in a wall. Also it's super annoying as most times you'll be painting over a bunch of ugly tags or a ruined piece so not only you're making that spot prettier, you're also painting over an already painted spot so even if you stop painting, the tags or the ruined piece will be there no matter what. -kids saying "bro's living in subway surfers" under graffiti videos. Like bruh, first that has nothing to do with Subway Surfers if the video doesn't show a guy painting in a subway, second graffiti didn't come out of frikin Subway Surfers, third that's a very old "joke" and lastly because Subway Surfers "contains" graffiti that doesn't mean everything graffiti related is like subway surfers. -not being able to find a store near you with graffiti supplies so you have to either order them, meaning you have to wait a few days before you can paint or buy some awful coloured low pressure spray like flame blue from a book store (it relates to me because I live in an island where There's no such thing as a graffiti store and my true paradise is when I travel to Athens as I live in Greece where there are a LOT of Graffiti stores). That's everything that comes to mind rn, if I remember anything else I'll edit this Edit: I know you said this in the video but I just wanted to say I REALLY hate people running graffitis. For example there's a spot here in Athens which is a big wall from an old abandoned house that has many bad and ruined pieces. Well a guy went there and did a crazy wild style big graffiti with many colours and detail, and then a piece of crap guy went there and hit an awfully ugly "piece" which was very small but big enough to ruin the other piece. The guy just took some A W F U L colours and wrote something with normal letters. Not anything bubble etc., just normal letters with big space between them which he filled with black "shadows". Now I just wanna find the original guy that did the wild piece with my crew and beat the living s*** out of the ugly piece dude😈😂

I just learned that the old place everyone painted 10 years ago, kinda like a "fame", has been buffed clean and surrounded by fences and wires. It's in the middle of nowhere and most non-writers don't even know it exists... so that's something I hate. But I haven't written in a long time.

Here in Finland most street art is done illegally so I am not sure if here is any war between the writers and people who paint objects. At my area one artist has painted huge multicolor rodents everywhere and usually those are left there without anyone else trying to paint something else over them. I am glad that here in Finland it is quite uncommon to paint over or remove graffiti. Couple of weeks ago the deputy mayor of Helsinki, Paavo Arhinmäki, was caught doing illegal street art and his work was removed immediately. 😅

the best spot in my area was these two big empty tunnels under a road, you could get there from a park really discrete. great until it became a dumping ground for used needles, worst part is its not too far from an elementary school. I hate that shit.

number 10 has to be whenever you juice up a marker too much and it starts leaking all over your stuff

I hate it when a chill spot gets ruined because people can't keep their mouth shut, my town's pretty small and there are some decent spots to write but after like 6 months word'll spread and the whole area will be locked down by the cops because they caught like 20 guys there the night before

most things I hate is when the px30 creates a friction burn when your trying the open it another one I hate is when you feel that yours cans a bit empty but you feel like u can get another throw but it runs out mid throw

One thing I hate and I'm quite opposite on the last one is people who do straight art street art legally and then Graffiti artist painting over it, it just bugs the Hell out of me and I don't know why. I should be specific and it's those power boxes that you see that's what bugs the hell out of me, The wall art I don't care

Another one is when writers would bite (copy) other writers work, claiming like it's their own work which can piss off writers too

When people rip off your stickers at like local parks or paint over your graffiti. And when you look around to see if someone is near by and doing your graf and looking again and there’s people

When you have a good spot for a sticker, and alot of people around so you're under pressure and you put the sticker crooked AF or wrinkled

i am not really a "street writer" but i like to draw graffiti styled letters and the thing i hate is messing up a piece or i don't like it

One time when I went to mexico for a trip to go see my grandparents, I just did a little throwie on a wall, all of a sudden I see 2 squad cars pull up guns drawn at me, I got sent to jail for 3 days, crazy experience

The one thing I hate the most is how writers use social media to try n add invisible years on their resume. We was around. We know you wasn't up way back then.

It’s very annoying when you get caught halfway through the tag so you have to ditch it

When the lid is stuck to the marker because of dry paint and when you do finally open it you get splattered

When you first got into graff, youre refilling a marker or maybe making your own ink, then you spill it on the carpet Thats the thing i hate the most i always make sure to do it outside

i was making my own mop and the ink that had nail polish remover and rubbing alcohol with sharpie ink (even more permanent when you put a little bit of whisky in it) and it spilled all over the place bc i did not have a sticker for a funnel bad idea, IK. and so now i had to somehow clean it up without my parents noticeing the smell or the bigger problem the huge purple and black ink bottles.so when i did get it cleaned up i had to air out the Portch now i know and you know make your own ink outside. worst of all i found out you can rack a KRINK mop from Walmart the next morning when i was telling my homies. now i get mops from friends out at night or drive down to Walmart. krink is a lot better than anything that you can make at home so find the money and get yourself a good mop or solid stick.

I've always found it hilarious that those that do graffiti on other people's property absolutely hate it when someone else goes over their graffiti. Can you be more hypocritical!

I hate that supplies cost so much yes I'm a bit grown so not so bad but when I was younger all the good stuff was outta reach due to cost

If the grafitti world wants to survive and look less deranged (and crime obsessed), it should accept street art. What drives a lot of acceptance into grafitti is the part of expressing art in creative ways. But i absolutely have no sympathy for those who want grafitti to be more criminalized, but also those who tag tombstones, death tribute statues, cop cars, and churches. By tagging such sensetive places you shit on things where people care about life and death, and endanger the artistic potential and people of graffiti itself Tagging a cop car has a similar effect and you're basically asking for your life to get ruined at that point

I get annoyed when people think all graffiti writers are bad people just because "they're breaking the law". It's just art, it's not going to hurt you. I used to do this in middle school like ten years ago but stopped because of honors high-school classes, although I did not give up on it entirely. I just think it's messed up to make assumptions about people just because they do graffiti.

When someone Hates on your tag

Number 10 is for me is bad weather. I have this one time practicing my throwies under the bridge and suddenly it is raining heavily. Within 10 minutes the water is on my ankle and i had to go or i will get swept away with the river currents 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Thing i hate is how better writers calling other writers toys this and that even tho they forgetting everyone starts out as a toy I've never met anyone that's just a straight up burner 1st time doing a piece

I hate when some old woman sees me bombing and starts yelling and threatening to call the police.

Man ditching markers or anything is so annoying long story short me and my friends had a mop and bombing a restroom wall with tags and there were tags all over it and a worker that like takes care Of the the restaurant came in and smelled the paint and suspect that we tagged the stall and I had to flush the mop down the toilet and had to prove it wasn’t me that did it cause I didn’t have markers on me

I filled up mop and it spilled everywhere and it took days to get it off

running out of supplies, its hard for some people to get supplies and defenitly hate not having ink or enough cans
