All valid advice, remember a lite amount of Vaseline. Is great on your exposed areas or under garments. For weather protection. Also line inside of boots with lite layer. Helps reduce blisters in key areas,plus water proofs insides of boots. I brought all of the above. 40 yrs ago. Except I used sewing kit for sewing. No hair oil. Bald guys just do not need. 11b here all my life. Infantry to those not in the know. Again,great advice.This young lady is giving you great tips. Regards...an to the creator of this video. @@joypressley4821 with you to the end of your career. I have stage 4 cancer.was 255 ripped at age 59. By age 61 was 118 lbs. Age 62 ,190 I train daily twice a day. Today ran 5k... Goal is 270 by 70... They give me 6 yrs. I'm going Fer 20. So ya ,I'm with ya long term buddy... 11b Fer ever...I went full beast mode. Last September couldn't do 4 push ups. Now 30 every hour,plus everything core related. Squats,twist etc,focusing on abs an obliques. Took 47 yrs to get massive. I lost it all in under 2 yrs. But I ain't bell for round yet. I may have taken some serious shots an fell to my knees. Even had the devil looking an smiling at me. Thinking I was beat. I simply looked at him,said Amen an got up again. I wasn't down on my knee beat. I was simply praying for more power... Keep it up... Your a Joy ,Joy...! Fkn proud of ya,never let nothing get to yo. Stay strong,stay safe stay u... Regards Caesar...

I know this video is from a while ago, but I ship soon and I’m really curious about some stuff. Can you bring shoe inserts or your own boots? I’m in JROTC and I’ve bought expensive light weight boots that are already broken in and I’d much rather wear them.
