An easier way to invest in real estate is buying shares in real estate investment trusts (REITs). There are many different REIT companies out there and you can buy shares through a brokerage like a regular stock. They typically have a higher dividend than most stocks so that's a nice stream of passive income for you. Business development companies (BDCs) are another high dividend option you could look into.

I"ve seen the benefit of higher education (college) and now....so has my son. You won't make a ton of money initially...BUT, depending on YOUR degree, you will start making higher amounts as time goes on.
It’s also compounding fees from your broker.... call your broker tell him/her you want 100% redemption and tell me what he says...chances are he doesn’t have your money....
Gold coins are available on line. So are silver, platinum and even palladium. Since you posted that question here, you have internet access. Soooo look for it. Just be careful for scammers
