I’m greatful to be at uni for the first time, it was a big achievement of mine ever since being at school and I know a lot of people dream of going to uni but not everyone achieves it, so I’m always greatful and feel lucky to have have a place but also never take anything for granted

When you said "read a book" all I thought was I don't just have to read a book, I have to learn a biology and chemistry book by heart during Christmas break so that I don't fail my exams - and don't even get me started on anatomy and medical psychology and histology 😂😂 No but honestly, this was a lovely video niomi 😊

I'm honestly so grateful for 2017. I have achieved so many things that I set out to do, including some major milestones. I passed my driving test, my cambridge advanced diploma and the Swiss classical riding brevet. Plus, I got the second highest grade on my graduation paper, which I am reall happy abou! So I am really happy with 2017 and I can't wait to tackle 2018

I have started a diary where I list the things each day that I am grateful for, and list my hopes and dreams for the future. It definitely improves your wellbeing and your focus on what is really important xx

You're going to Bruges, that's amazing! The Christmas markets in Brussels and Ghent are absolutely amazing and gorgeous as well, but I'm sure you'll have the best time in Bruges! Loved this video, such a nice and thoughtful idea. Much love!

I think it's an absolutely amazing idea and quite different to the usual Christmas videos out there :) I'm in med school and things are crazy stressful for me in December and January, but I am keen on doing exactly all those things you've mentioned. I don't know yet how, but it will be possible! :D

I’ve been to the cinema allready! What I do every year in december is that I make a list of What I did this year. Like “2017 was the year that I got two bunnies to look after.” It is so Nice to really appreciate the year And to look back on When you are older ❤️ love from the Netherlands ❤️

Niomi i dare to say that this is the best vídeo i have seen this year... i had a tough year, started uni in another city, lost my mom, lost myself and all the celebrated dates pulls a trigger of desperation and anguish inside me that i can't control.... it hasn't been easy, but this video warmed my heart in some way. Just thankful, you are such a sweetheart!

Thanks for this Niomi! It’s put me in a positive mood for another work week. I actually went to see it’s a wonderful life at backyard cinema last night (which also put me in a positive and reflective frame of mind). I definitely recommend watching it, or if you’d like to recommend it to your younger viewers. It’s a classic and is all about being grateful for what you have and what’s really important in life. Looking forward to vlogmas, some motivation to exercise over the next couple of weeks would be very welcome before I fall head first into a cheese board! Xx

I genuinely always love your videos so much. You know when youtubers say they worry if their videos will stay 'popular' or 'relevant' as the years pass... I feel like I could never really lose my interest in your content. You are so true to yourself and so open and genuine to your audience that I think your viewers automatically feel a sort of connection that is really special..
