I’m all about supporting and promoting tourism in my country, Tanzania. But please don’t steal footage from other creators/ videos because that’s unethical practice. Keep up the good content though!
A couple of items I would highly, highly recommend (1) Forodhani, which is at the oceanfront in Zanzibar town. It comes alive at night with multiple food vendors. If you intend to eat seafood, be a bit careful! When visiting, observe seafood vendors and see who's sales are brisk and buy seafood there. (2) Get a guided tour of interesting buildings in Zanzibar Town. It's a walking tour. Make sure your guide is certified by the City/Tourism Dept. They are badged and will make sure it's a knowledgeable person. If I recall have to book a day in advance. (3) I found some local art by individuals in the narrow streets. It's not expensive by Western standards and you can put them in a hard tube or mail it home.
If human beings have been in existence for the last approximately 6000 years, how is it that people have been living in this Island for the last 20000 years 😢 That's where you lost me But the video is quite informative
All beauty is destroyed by hunderts of beach boys. Every 2 minutes you are asked for payed love. Actually you need just two words in Zanzibar: "no thankyou"
