I will say to buy the slot ever as a f2p player i know people will say that no longer f2p but that what i did i only put in 10 dollars to buy the slot like i know i will need it later down the line if i plan to unlock all chr which i am
You started off by saying you're a casual player and then proceeding to recommend doing all this in your session. I play 24-hour sessions every Saturday, and I'm lucky to get all that done 😂
Precisely why they're so insanely priced in the shop. Nexon knows exactly what they're doing with those rates (psa: it's a lie). Meanwhile in Warframe, the equivalent is less than 1 dollar.
Thanks for the video it was very helpful. Also I found a video & u don't have to wait for farming. Just let me know if u want that video or research it yourself. Save that time TIME!!!
Most important thing is to have goal otherwise your gonna burn out dont spend to much time on 1 thing and always be crafting i grew up on way grindier games than this
Very good advice, if i get frustrated trying to get something ill go and focus on another goal in the game that i have. Saves from the burnout of tunneling on one specific mat
Would you do a video with advice in how to unlock ultimate bunny for the common player ? I just got into hard mode and I’m thinking to grind for that specific character, but so far no luck n anything, I can not even infiltrate the outputs with Sharen :( Thanks!!
I actually just uploaded a new video to farm ultimate bunny with the new optimized routes, you can check it out if ya wanna, i go over sharens mods that you need and show you how to hack the outpost and where to get all the mats and all that good stuff! Hope that helps!
@@SamuxPlays Thanks a lot for the info, let me look for your video so I can start farming and I will subscribe to your channel because you have good content !!
Thats fair, im not good at editing i just do basic cuts, im a smaller channel so im still learning how to work with my limited knowledge. Pretty much as long as i can just get out what i wanna talk about and make some cuts of the ummms and my thinking time, thats pretty much what im focused on, even here though at the end of the video i go to scratch my face and theres a few second pause that i didnt catch, its just not something im good at. Hopefully will improve over time
Would be nice if you dismissed a character you got any catalyst you put in back…. Cause I built regular bunny halfway for farming and recently got ult bunny
Bro content creators kill me sometimes “I would suggests doing this activity for about an hour a day” Bro the average adult has like 1-2 hours of game time tops. Your “10 things to do everyday” looks like I am dedicating like 6 hours to gaming and nothing else, like damn man😂
LOL i know bro i know, its a general guideline, trust me i recognize i no life the game i always say it in my videos, you can tackle these in your free time and just do what you can with the time you have, its a pve game so just do what you can each day, its more like guidelines not rules haha, its a grindy af game but you can progress at your own pace, dont stress it too much brother
@@SamuxPlays I know what you mean man, and I enjoyed the vid. I was just being facetious since the title of the video implies that it’s something I NEED to do every time I log on. For me I do one of these for a day and then switch up the next day, since I do only get about 1-2 hours of game time in. This has helped me from getting board of the game since I have a new grind spot everyday. I just got 2 out of the 4 ultimate bunny materials and I am over the moon. It’s just crazy to see the night and day difference of someone who can put in 6+ hours on the game daily. You have my respect because I don’t think I could do that even if I was making money off of doing it like you so I salute you for the dedication 🫡
@@millardbaldwin7650 Yeah i understand I got let go from a previous job due to layoffs so Im in a unique position to game more than i usually would, but i used to do 10 hour shifts, and now i just do YT / a part time WFH position, so i know when you're working that much you dont got a lot of time to game, thats why in a lot of my videos i try and be considerate of people who play it casually and not just hard grind it. I think a good medium is hitting that middle mark so i can attract both sides. But i get where you're coming from for sure. You'll get there if you work on a little at a time, just gonna take you a bit longer thats all
F2P more like FTJ as in full-time job. I recently downloaded Warframe again as I dont remember it being so chore-intensive. It's also made me think of re-enrolling in the gym for healthier escapism 😂. Thanks for your videos man
Haha, i think its always healthy to take breaks and just do your own thing, theres really no rush, just take it at your own pace and have fun with the game, this is more like guidelines not requirements, you dont have to no life it lol. And ayyyy ive been trying to get back into the gym, i might join ya!
Lol i lkterally no lifed this game this week, unlocked the first 5 descendants and got all ut blair to 36-38 and lvl 13 mastery. Now im just looking to see what exactly i SHOULD be doing so i can bring it down to like 1.5 hours every 2 or 3 days. Also gonna get back in the gym instead of continuing down the path of the whale. If i keep nolifing this ima end up spending money lol
I love this game but just find myself mindlessly fighting enemies because I can no clue what to get. Game is awesome but just not functional for a casual, low-level gamer. Such a confusing game
Just like Warframe, this game is confusing as shit to how to strengthen your character. I don’t get it. And I definitely don’t want to waste very rare things to “test” something
Bro….im not gonna lie, I put the Crystal on my tamer, and it made my gun that much more powerful, and I can keep up with the new levels where I’m at at white night gulch! BUT I managed to get TWO more crystal catalysts cookin in the kitchen. I got lucky with the blueprints
You better keep those Crystal Cats and start farming the Ultimate LMG instead of putting Crystals into the Tamer. But feel free to do what you want it´s just a good tip ✌🏻
@@Zinedamzy na, fck that. Imma put one more in, for good measure, and then I started grinding for my other two last night, to let them cook in the kitchen over night.
What they're trying to tell you, politely, is that you're dumping time and materials into something that's "meh". You're essentially putting $1,000 rims on a Toyota Prius. You should be doing all of your farming with the Thunder Cage, and save your Tamer for intercepts (only time it's actually useful, imo). Get yourself a Sharen if you don't already have her and farm the Ult LMG, which is _way_ better than the Tamer. Edit: I said Honda Prius, lol...
@@youizey Of course, not gonna say I'm going through what you are, but im dealing with some med issues as well and I know it can be really rough on your mental and physical, try and keep your head up and not get depressed, you got this bro stay positive and will that shit into existence that you're gonna be ok
Double dip and don't intentionally farm for catalyst and activator blueprints. They will come naturally. What I mean is, for example, I was actively farming for ultimate bunny parts then in the process I got like 3 activators and 10+ catalysts. This is with below average luck. So, make your time worth by progressing efficiently/wisely. Also, Enzo and Sharen are bonkers and will save you tons of time.
This is good advice, you can get them passively as you are grinding to unlock other things, usually ill just go farm the mats when i get the blueprints if i dont have one cooking already just to try and be more optimal. But absolutely youll get some from just farming other things
always aim for something more common in morphs, you will get all those catalysts and activators just to not let you have those 32% of what you actually want right now. works like a charm xD
In just 2 days of farming other stuff thus cracking open amorphous materials often I piled up a dozen catalyst blueprints & 3 energy activator blueprints
Yeah. in the beginning I didn't thought gold will be soo important later in the game. So I learned to never put the component off either, even if it's not as great as yours.
This a really good guide for new players like me that am just getting a good sense of what things take priority in the game, looking forward for more 👍🏼
yes i know how to get things, that's not the problem. the problem is my attention span is like that of me sitting in my 9th grade math class. i want to do more than just sit and repeat the same shit over and over for 8 hours to get one crafting item. it's fuckin BORING (capitals strongly intended). Ya know if I go outside and wanna pick up 100 sticks, I ca do that in less than 2 minutes. why the FUCK does it take me hours to gather resources in a game. i'm sorry is this too harsh? i think it's harsh that you expect people to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours doing nothing.
Game is just too grindy. I played EVE Online, Black Desert and many other mmos and looter shooters and nothing compares to this. The amount of time requiered to farm X stuff in this game is absurd. In Warframe there is a golden/sacred number protected by senior devs that states that no grind should take more than 5 in-game hours. Anything beyond that number is unhealthy, boring and will make players uninstall the game. In Warframe you can get any weapon or frame in that set amount of time or less. That being said, the amount of time for getting stuff you want in The First Descendant is absurdly high. With no player trading and stupid low rates for character or weapon blueprints the game stands alone as the grindiest game of 2024. And Im just talking about getting a character! Maxing out mods and other stuff is a fkn chore as well. I said "well, if the game is such a grindfest then I bet stuff will be accesible if I put some money...". How wrong I was. Spending like 50$ would get you one character and a pat on your back in TFD. In WF if you spend 50$ on platinum (with 75% discount) you will have enough to purchase about 10 prime characters from other players and a bunch of cosmetics that will be shared across all your characters (unless you buy specific skins).
So I have 1 energy activator I got from a sub quest, I was planning to use it on regular bunny, but was hesitant cause im afraid ill lose it when I get ultimate bunny and dismis regular bunny.. do I use it on regular bunny now?
I'm worried about burnout. You've got an impressive inventory, how often are you repeating the same missions over and over? Do you feel like there's enough variety in the day to day?
I think where i went wrong so to speak, i spent so much time trying to build up multiple descendants, i kinda negelected the guns. Im just now getting to maxing out thundercage.
The same people that complain about the drop rates being low, would be the ones complaining that the game doesn't give new content every week, learn to grind or go back to minecraft
I just hope I can actually play it lol, ever since the July 31st update I've not been able to sign in as it crashes on preloading shaders 99% of the time, I've been trying for about 13 hours over the last few days trying to get the game to work (changing settings/reinstalling the game/(after it bricked a hard drive, reinstalling Windows outright) and literally nothing fixes it lmao.) (also me here laughing, seeing you mention keeping the catalysts on to cook at all times as I have (If I remember right) 31 BluePrints on reserve from when I was spamming dead bride on easy)
Aw man that sucks, hopefully they can fix that, i moved mine over to a SSD and updated video drivers, regardless, i hope they fix it soon! And yeah i always try to have a catalyst goin lol
it could be your anti cheat causing the game to crash, they send messages on steam talking about it and how you have to go in your anti virus settings and allow the first descendant to be unchecked. if you're on console i wouldn't rlly know what the problem is but at least on pc it helped my game from crashing every 10 minutes
@@vokuhila6913 I don't use the systems they warned about, I don't use McAfee or that other one! so not sure if it's antivirus! (honestly, it might partially be what Samux said in it being not on an SSD and instead just being a plain HDD)
Do not ever farm for Energy Activators while in normal mode, ever! You will go insane at 3% drop chance. Instead, complete campaign and Bunny character quest chain. You get 1 Energy Activators as a reward for complipeting each.
If you're in hard mode and geared it takes you half a second to kill normal pyro, you should still be fishing for that 3%, takes you 0 time, always be opening your patterns. You need way more than 2 activators. Its either that or sit on them forever, imo you should open them 100% if you can 1 tap normal bosses, thats why i said you dont have to full send it, take 2m out of your day to open a few. Theres literally no downside
Yep. Any time you see a Nexon game, 100% expect limited character slots/inventory, insanely priced boosters that aren't even good. Wildly priced cosmetics. Ridiculous drop rates. Every single game they own is like that. People compare this so hard to Warframe, and honestly, Nexon could never. Too predatory.
I ja e had a goaal for 4 weeks now ultimate bunny and yet i habe gotten 1 blueprint smh about to stop playing rng in this game is horrible probably the worst rng in any game i have ever played
Step one spend $450 on inventory slots. Step 2 buy all the characters including Ultimate characters. Step 3 buy multiple boosters. Step 4 buy all the cosmetics…female characters first. Step 5…..everything that he said
Lol that's a fast way to go broke, I do not make enough money to drop that amount on a game, I only buy cosmetics, everything else in the game I just grind for. I didn't pay for any of my ultimates and I've almost got all of them. The inventory space is kind of a bummer but it is what it is, I won't be purchasing slots for it. Descendant slots i think they will add ways to get more in the future so im holding off and just dismantling the ones i unlocked after i get the ultimate versions, if you take cosmetics out im f2p (the boosters we got for free, 2 of them so far), but i have nothing against those that choose to spend on the game, i just prefer the f2p experience (though i also buy skins so its not really f2p but you get what i mean)
I like to try other builds out but this game has killed that by only allowing one set of symbols on skills. Cannot try other builds if I have to keep farming up new symbols to slot skills. This is the only reason to check out youtubers build vids, it was fun to check them out and try them. This game seems to think you must be committed to one build at a time.
