One additional important fact is that avoid sleeping because they don't give food to sleeping passengers. I see it happening all the time im flying with them and it happened to me few times too. They don't make any effot to wake up passengers up and they simply skip them. So avoid sleeping or you will miss your meal especially if you are flying a long distance. Dont rely on thr person next to you to wake you up because some passengers doesn't care.
My first experience with it is horrible. They cancelled the flight just 12 hours ago and rearranged flights which has more than 24 hours of layover. Disappointing 😊

Haha 5 stars? I am from Germany and I call tell, Lufthansa is crap….Partially very old Aircraft’s (15 years and more) Everything is extra now, luggage, food, drinks bla bla. I love Finnair or British Airways, everything clean and new planes
No lufthansa is number 9 number one is QATAR AIRWAYS can you search on google just rite on Google = /top airline in the world/ ok 👍 LUFTHANSA is cheap airline you can get in 220 pounds for usa or Canada or india or dubai but qatar airways or not cheap tickets air like £300 to £1000 for normal class i booked qatar airways in £210 because im working with QATAR Airways im so lucky 😁
Of lateLuftansa has degenerated into the WORST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD with very poor management, horrible customer service and perhaps the worst airline punctuality. I used to fly Luftansa before but have vowed never again to fly them after the miserable experience not once nor twice but many a times. Till you reach your destination you are like in a war zone with neither the staff, at the airport, helpful, nor their transit visa requirements standard nor their help to stranded passengers anywhere near desirable. I will give it 0 out of 10 rating. I really wonder how they can be so bad!!! Even their local bus service is better managed than Luftansa. Shame on them.
The worst airline. Lots of things were stolen from my lost baggage. We had old collected postage stamps they steel the oldest ones and put some paper stamps instead. My shoes and coat. Organic jam and green teas. They cut all my medicines and delivered me garbage but not my lost baggage. I hate that airline.
