Annapolis is one of my favorite places in MD (former Bethesda and Columbia resident). Nice to see not much has changed since I lived down that way (mid 90s)... Appreciate the "Quiet Water Park" tip (never knew of it). Slainte! ☘️
@@Chika_Steph well there’s different parts of Annapolis, downtown, the town center, and around where the mall is. Annapolis is pretty big and scattered
It's a wonderful city. It oozes with history. There are few towns that can claim to have been the Capital city of the US. I very much enjoyed visiting there as I grew up in Central Maryland. I didn't mind going there when I had jury duty. But, I don't think that I would ever live there. However, if you are not keen on confinement, you don't have to travel far to get into the countryside. But, keep in mind that many of the homes in downtown Annapolis (Near the State House and The Governor's mansion) are estimated to be over $1 Million.
Being born in Annapolis and going to Downtown Annapolis once every 2 or 3 years is always a good pleasure being there on a sunny/partly cloudy day! I did one of my driving tests with my driver's ed teacher over there and I passed without crashing or denting his car, haha. Annapolis is one of the greatest "nostaligic-rich-feeling" places to go to. Whether you're rich or poor, you'll love being at Downtown Annapolis every minute of it!
Thank you for all these videos! My family and I are from Greece and we are moving to Annapolis this summer!… I was searching for information and I ve just found your videos!!!! So so helpful!!!
@@MalcolmLawsonREALTOR I live in Reisterstown. It's a peaceful, small community with great homes! In fact, many of the beautiful homes there are surrounded by nature, making it a beautiful place to live.
I grew up in Eastport Terrace and Harbor House. They aren't nice "cites" to see, but a lot of people live there. Kind of rude to make jokes about it. They're both low income housing projects if anyone is wondering what the "joke" is.
Dik Tat I mean you good it ain’t that bad. It ain’t like Baltimore or anything it’s hoods down there don’t too much go on except for a lot of trapping and hustling that’s it
No worries there are plenty of 40 year old generation Xers around to make sure it stays nice and respectful. Meaning I've seen a dirt bike riding around like an asshole. I get a hold of him..... I mean the bike I'll be sending it to Baltimore where it also doesn't belong. We love Annapolis and MS13 or any other gangs can forget about any ideas on Annapolis cause we will throw your ass over the wall.
Hey Lori daybed partner the cookie guy on qvc ain’t he supposed to be in jail hmmm no offense to them. Just bullshit deceiver get god said to drop that case remember that some are in trouble 4.5
Name a US capital city which does not have, within the city limits, the following: Hospital Public high school Movie theater Shopping mall Main US Post office not in rented space Costco, Sams Club, Home Depot or Lowes Chevrolet or Ford new car dealership For a time in the mid-1960's, an actual hotel
I was born and raised in Annapolis. Lived there for 30 years. It really depends on who you run with. Annapolis can be all kinds of things to all kinds of people. That's one of the things I love about it. But no real estate company is going to tell anyone what you're talking about lol... Where I'm at now, it is literally all the same people doing all the same kind of things. We're the "silicon valley of the east", which is just as boring as it sounds.
