Joe in real life is so calm and endearing. Joe as Sub Zero is faster than life, ruthless and so intimidating. What an actor, I can't see an ounce of real Joe in Sub Zero.

I love his action. People on the set of mk have said that he was asked to slow his movements down cause the cameras couldnt keep up. Now thats a talent
As a Joe Taslim fan for almost a decade (because of Raid), I'm happy that he's becoming more popular here in the West. IMO, Marvel or DC would be the next logical step for his career after The Fast & The Furious, Star Trek and Mortal Kombat. Both companies would be foolish for not picking him and his martial arts skills up. And they shouldn't reduce it to a small role like Hiroyuki Sanada's in Endgame as well. I know that it most likely won't happen, since Henry Golding allegedly is the favorite for the role (again, as per rumors), but Joe could legit play Namor. Oh well.
he just nailed the character of sub-zero...... i was scared while watching him in mortal kombat, his screen presence and his body language was so ahead.
@@ndk4 thanks bro i did find those building videos on here in RU-vid but the building looks different from outside there are no any flats or room that we seen in the raid but i saw the place from where those two snipers came from and the gate in the last scene of the raid but building totally looks different from outside it doesn't look like that we saw in the film

I like Joe he is a really good actor and martial artists he is really fast comparions to Bruce lee now there only one Bruce but to mentioned in with him shows Joe is the real deal and is a real talent

He always plays cool and distant character in the movies. While in fact he's a warm person in real life. Maybe give him role that fits him personally. Thats been said. I think joe's subzero is super cool.

the only thing would be the age. the guy is in is late 30s. if they trying to make the franchise in the long run. Simu Liu is is a better choice hes in his early 30s. though i dont think Joe looked that old.
Even though the 2021 Mortal Kombat film sucked ass, Joe Taslim is perfect as Sub-Zero and is the only good thing about the film. Can't wait to see him play as Noob Saibot in the next film (maybe)!!!
