Lily marsie I still love her regardless of where she is from. it's just that there aren't that many black-Persian people- that I knew of- and it was so exciting to me to know one. Especially as amazing as she is.

roses bel air take me there OK that is you. It really doesn't matter what you think because she is mixed regardless of what you think she looks like. My great grandma is mixed, well darker than this girl and her sister is light with blonde hair. Mixed comes in all shades and colors. You might need a DNA test too! Besides if you look at her be side both of her parents she looks like both of them. In this case no one cares about her skin tone.

If you are a normal person, going to Harvard to major in those two things seems like a waste. However, this girl already has a career, connections in it, and a good track record. Her mom influenced her with a strong Society bend. These are good choices for her. She will continue to be influential in society in the coming years.

I don’t see what’s wrong with Beyoncé and cardi b? Why are you making them seem negative ? Both women, in their own right, use their platforms to empower and motivate women all the time . Don’t belittle them simply because how they deliver the message isn’t the same way Yara does it. There are so many varieties to women of color. In Farsi (langauage spoken in Iran) her family name, Shahidi, literally means 'RELATING TO or OF FAMILY OF A MARTYR'. Many Iranians changed their last name to 'Shahidi' after their sons died in the Iran Iraq war in the 1980s that resutled in 1.2 million Iranian nationalist men to be killed initially; after the war however, the number of deaths went up even more.
