Hi, thank you for your video, I plan to purchase a two bedrooms condo in Waterloo(my budget is around 500k-600k), and let my parents live in one room(they do not speak English), and rent out one room. My worry is: is it easy to rent out the room(I know students do prefer live with young people), and what price I can get?

It would be difficult to rent a bedroom as most students would prefer to live with the other students, why don't your parents look at purchasing a 1 bedroom instead, you can a nice 1 bedroom under 500k.
