Russell was also tasked with the job of writing material on a man and events which are already ludicrous - I imagine it would be difficult to write comedy from something which in itself is comical.. in my opinion Russell Howard & John Oliver do it best
I remember finding out on a class trip that trump was the new president of USA and some kid shouted from the back of the coach saying "AMERICA IS DOOMBED"
@@cuttwice3905 True, he's also got unemployment in the black community to it's lowest level for over 20 years and made healthcare affordable, what a terrible man he is.
Let's see how many of these I've forgotten. I forgot the government shutdown. I forgot the Twitter videos. I forgot about kicking out transgender soldiers. I forgot about Rex Tillerson and the IQ test. I forgot about Jerusalem. I almost forgot about the caravan. I forgot about Roy Moore. I forgot about the national emergency declaration. I forgot about the brink of war with North Korea. I forgot about the Las Vegas shooting.
He’s constantly doing something more outrageous than the last. He’s shifting what is completely out of order but just doing more crazy shit. I’m guilty of forgetting about all of that, hell I forgot the dude existed for a while. Is disgusting what he is doing
@@mikereseigh I know right? When I said that it was terrifying, I meant that I was remembering all the stuff I forgot too. It's terrifying how on any given day, you can think of a few ways this guy has been a dangerous idiot. However, looking over the timeline of January 2017 on, and hell, even before he took office, it's multiple things a week that were dangerous, idiotic, and something that no U.S.A citizen, regardless of political beliefs, could hope to wrap their mind around. I'm afraid that during the next election, the only things people will remember are the "one or two bad things, but a couple good things too!" Of course, the good things, like lower unemployment, came about from bad things, like lack of environmental regulations for companies. That was a stupid, dangerous thing to push through, sure it got more jobs. However, if you want your grandchildren to live the kind of safe lives of today, it wasn't worth it. Sorry, I ranted a bit. I'm a veteran, and I argue with the people I served with a lot. They aren't looking past their own nose. A lot do, but after getting out, I'm finding that many don't either.
I've had multiple people legitimately argue with me that Trump was a genius just this week... and not on the internet, these are real world people going to bat for trump in the real world where people can see, hear and judge em 🤦♂️ Can someone please stop the Earth I think i want to get off this ride.
One of them is a reasonably successful business owner who reads a lot, another is an unemployable loser who's generally a laughing stock and the final one is a family member who spends a lot of time in what I'm discovering to be a rather disturbing facebook bubble.
I remember when I was on a school trip, we took a bathroom at a nearby McDonald’s and on the TV it was the news saying that Donald Trump and Kim John Un were talking/meeting in person and I genuinely thought there was going to be WW3/a nuclear war and I was terrified. I was 8.
Cheers, Russell! Truely impressed with your impression. Spot on. Better than many by the late night talk show hosts here in the US. Sadly you could easily do another 10 starting from the end of this list.
ONLY TEN??? He was in office for over 2 million minutes. Subtract (let's be generous) half for sleeping or more likely eating, and that's over a million minutes he's conscious and probably speaking - which means a million instances of him being an awful President.
Thing is, if you listen to the *emotion* in Trump’s voice, you start to agree with him because he sounds so cool and empathetic. *BUT IF YOU IGNORE THE EMOTION AND ACTUALLY LISTEN TO WHAT HE’S SAYING, IT’S FREAKING TERRIBLE!*
+Craig Tomppson actually it hasn't surprisingly ! I thought it would too but as I read through the comments, everyone is impressed that it was only 10 XD! Glad to see everyone here has brain cells
i do like how stv say that "he said, *where ese but on twitter* ,that he bla bla bla" like our expectations are so low even the media is like oh for fucks sake
If there’s anything that baffles me it’s that there’s a new scandal every day and we’re still (legitimately) asking the question “Can any of the democratic candidates defeat him in next year’s election?” How? How is anyone even debating whether any of them would be a worse pick than Trump?
@@lartisteautravail I doubt any of the people running for president would be worse, but the issue is with the fanatics who think that everything Trump says and does are (sometimes literally) a gift from God. How do you convince a person like that that it's in his best interest to vote for someone else?
Lavrentivs I’m less worried about convincing the crazies and more concerned with convincing all the people who didn’t vote at all last time or threw their votes away by voting for third party or write-in candidates. There’s at least a chance with them.
@@lartisteautravail Very true, maybe you can do something about it yourself, like helping to get voters registered and help them get to the voting places?
Let's be honest, if he wasn't born rich he'd be that crazy guy ranting on a New York subway or one of those guys selling knock off products out of the back of his van...
As a Dutch person, I have to speak up every time that retweet of a Dutch video is mentioned. Neither of the boys in the video are muslim or even immigrants.
@Amani Islam - For every troll there are at least ten normal, rational people who just avoid commenting online. So for every sh1tty comment you read, remember that ten other people think you're awesome :) Trolls have to drag people down because they think it raises them up. It's sad, really, but it also shows that they recognise you're above them - how else would they be able to drag you down if you weren't already way above them? Keep smiling x
@@jointlucas8187 science also verified that trans males actually have a male brain and the same with trans females and their female brains. Please tell me how science has"beaten them"?
@@Jo36528 how come in these recent years, people think they are trans when for thousands of years we had been living naturally, i'm not saying to stop people from being trans but instead they should have their own bathrooms, accommodation, and other things. And it's not my fault i think trans are disturbing, we cant chose how we feel, just like gays n that they apparently dont chose so im using that excuse (im not gay in case you read that wrong).
Lucy Wood, he does 10 bad things pretty much every day of the week. Some screwups of his are small and some are Massive like pulling American troops outof Syria.
