This is embarrassing. These people are adults? Look, there was a time I was working at Dunkin Donuts, and I went to Taco Bell after a long, hard shift. Needless to say, they got my order wrong. What did I do? Not a damn thing. The staff working there looked to be exhausted and few in number, and from one fast food worker to another at the time, fussing about a wrong order just seemed trivial and unnecessary. So I shrugged and went home and ate what I had. Ironically, my wrong item tasted better than what I originally ordered.

How many of them would have regrets if they weren't caught on camera? Probably none.

Fun fact: 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT' is referring to the concept of SUPPLY AND DEMAND... It has absolutely nothing to do with adults throwing tantrums while shopping and being told NO!

I work at a McDonald’s where I work with a lot of Spanish Speaking people, yet I really enjoy it in general! It makes the McDonald’s stand out, they are very friendly, and It’s fun speaking a different language! A man getting angry over people speaking Spanish is just plain ridiculous!

Someone drove their car into a Popeye's over not getting a biscuit, after getting their biscuit and it's not even in the top five of this, and she could have killed spell two people sitting at the table she aimed for. I truly and deeply do not understand the thought process of a Karen.

Working in the fast food industry was awful years ago, but it's getting worse each passing day. All of those poor workers have to put up with the most unimaginable abuse from people who are just jerks and use any excuse to scream, yell and make a spectacle of themselves. I always said after leaving that industry, I'd never go back to it. Good grief.

I worked at a KFC during my final year of community college. I explained that I could only work on certain days because I had classes on other days. Nonetheless I would constantly get calls and texts from two managers who either ignored or didn't care about my school schedule, hell I would even get calls on my days off, when I didn't have school or work. The other two managers and coworkers were cool people to work with, but whenever there was a fight the workplace would be divided and I always refused to take sides. Not to mention being yelled at by angry and entitled people. At least two incidents resulted in me running out of the building in tears! I also started smoking periodically to distress (when my mom found out she ran me the riot act, her dad was addicted to cigarettes for over thirty years and ended up needed heart surgery as a result and had breathing issues for the rest of his life). The only perk from working there was getting some free food to take home after work, but my folks had an intervention about that and said eating fast food every night wasn't healthy (I still lived with them at the time.) After seven months of working there I just had enough and quit after my shift was over. I graduated from community college a couple months later but I will Never work in fast food Ever Again!! Now whenever I'm at a fast food place or restaurant I always strive to be the nicest and respectable customer to the employees because they have arguably the hardest jobs. Moral of the story: Treat fast food/restaurant employees with respect and know your value in any workplace. Sorry for the long comment, I really needed to get this story off my chest and I figured this story would tie perfectly for the video. Thank you for taking the time to read it. ❤ TLDR: Worked at a KFC during senior year of community college. Worst. Seven Months. EVER!!!

I always try to be nice to the workers

I'm always nice to fast food workers, hell as a general rule I am nice to everyone until they give me a reason not to be. I worked at fast food when I was a teenager they have enough to deal without Karens. (also common sese says don't piss off the people who make your food. I almost never eat out beccause its cheaper to cook your own food but I do occaisionaly splurge and eat out, I actually go out of my way to thank the the kitchen staff.

Nothing like a Karen her just deserts to bring a smile to your face.

A few things comes to mind are as followed during this list entry: 10: It's never a good idea to take matters into your hand by making yourself a meal while delivering threats towards the staff, less you get arrested for your actions. 9: Sometimes in life, you can't always get what you want. 8: What was this lady thinking? She could have injured anyone in the establishment or worse. 7: For goodness sake, madam, please think of your unborn child. It's one thing to be irrated on your order at McDonalds, but doing something reckless to the point of causing any harm to your child? It's definitely not worth your time. 6: This guy has no right to be racist towards the staff that works in this restaurant. Honestly, this whole thing could have been avoided if he either: 1. Be kind and respectful. 2. Learn to speak a different language. 3. Go to a different establishment elsewhere. 5: All this chaotic destruction, over a $1.75 fee? Really? If this isn't considered petty or even ridiculous, I don't know what is. 4: Now that sir was not nice. If you had mentioned your son's health condition before purchasing a smoothie, none of this would have happened. 3: My heart goes to this poor young lady on having a spicy food thrown at her. She didn't deserve that kind of harsh treatment, and shame on that Karen for causing this. 2: What did the staff ever do to that lady who would set the restaurant a blaze? That's just despicable. And finally, 1: This lady might claim herself to be pretty, but that doesn't excuse the fact that her actions and what she eventually did to her mother was down right ugly. Moral here: Always be kind, understanding, calm, and respectful towards those who work at fast food establishment, and never be like these Karens and Kens ever.

When I worked at Wendy's, we had a rule that you had to be in a car to order through the drive-thru, for saftey reasons, we didn't want someone standing at the window and get hit by a car that might whip around the corner fast. I wasn't working that night, but my mother was, a man had walked up to the window, but was told why they couldn't serve him. He got mad because he said he had been drinking, so he was told most people paid for taxis. He really didn't like that. He left and came back an hour later with a hammer and smashed the drive-thru window. I saw the damage the next day. It was scary working drive-thru on weekends and late nights. Too many drunk and high people.

I had to quite 3 fast food restaurants because several Karen’s caused me to have severe anxiety attacks. It was not fun. I was crying and shaking. The last job I had at a Toco Bell caused me to run out of building crying.

I'm a Karen in name only. I've had my order messed up quite a few times even though it's the simplest order since I don't like condiments. Never ever have I gone ballistic on anyone for screwing it up. I just get them to make it again, and they oblige. My daughter, on the other hand, worked for Wendy's for 6 years and had to put up with a few Kens and Karens during her time there. She and her coworkers had to endure food and drinks thrown at them. Pretty sad.

One time I ordered 3 simple Doritos locos tacos at Taco Bell, they kept asking me to repeat the order and even read back completely different stuff. I had a feeling by the time I got to the window it was going to be messed up. Sure enough, it was, with 6 extra things in the bad. I pulled around, parked the car, walked in a tad frustrated, saw how busy it was, said screw it, walked out, ate most of it and gave my roommate the rest, because I’m a normal human being. It’s that easy.

Thank you for pointing out that smoothie Ken didn't notify the store about his kid's allergy when he placed his order. I've watched more than a few of these compilations that include him and most don't bother to note that at all. The comments always turn into debates about if he was justified in his anger given that his kid was in the hospital as he was terrorizing these employees. But the blame lays solely on him for saying "no peanuts" instead of actually specifying there was an allergy.

Such a shame how low-down and out of control some of these grown-ups behave when they're upset. I feel bad for those who had to put with them, and hope they never have to deal with psycopaths like that again. Customer Service as an industry has to deal with crazy people like this. I work in a customer service position and am actively looking to leave this industry. People need to learn how to be civil and it’s amazing how much of this is in the USA specifically.
