I think this type of format is easier to digest and learn from since there's no chaotic changes going on in a live game, plus no banter so it's less distracting. Great video Neace.

@@clemrossi9054 That may be true, but apparently people are not watching those videos because they are constantly making these mistakes. But let's assume for a moment that everyone has watched the relevant video(s). Even when I know something is dumb to do, I still might do it simply because I have not yet built up the reflex to avoid doing it. When you are training yourself, reminders help. Even better is when a reminder is coming from someone you trust, in a manner you can easily comprehend, in a place you constantly revisit (so you can be reminded over and over, again).

Just found this video and absolutely love it. I appreciate the way that you break everything down and don't discourage or disparage people in low elo like myself, but rather show how much of a difference working on the fundamentals can truly make, as well as how much you actually don't know about the game once you're willing to put ego aside and just learn. One day I hope that I can spend the time and money to get coaching from you to see how much of a difference it could make both for my skills and self-confidence in gameplay.

Theres 0 agency early in a game right now dominated by early game mobility leads roaming and pressure. It's all about the early gains to snowball, which is antithetical to kayles kit. Only safe place I feel her to be is in a bot lane adc pick.

@@binarywolfcia85 it is possible. If I can go gold 3 to silver 3 in one day, you can go to iron in a few. Believe it or not, it is because of straight afk/greifing games. No in between. I am not a toxic player. If I didnt mute everyone at champ select, I'm trying to stabilize the situation if someone feeds or if someone is being a dick and tilting out a teammate. Imagine going through game after game after game playing 3 or 4v5 every single game. I can identify when I'm doing bad and can accept I lost majorly because of me, but it feels bad when it doesn't matter if you play bad or not just to have teammates leave or troll. Imagine man. @@The_Ali_G it wasn't bad or anything. It's just the mindset of players you are forced to accept. The drastic drop in rank also came from riots mmr point system. Because as I started reaching the top of g3, the system was like wait a second, this guy is placed too high. Must be luck. He needs to be put in his place. At the climb, I was losing 10-12 lp. At the start of my loss streak near the end of g3, it suddenly started dropping me 20+ lp per loss and 11-12 lp per win. So that, paired with the loss streak, it literally dragged me back down to a lower level of hell again. My lp loss started stabilizing again after I hit the bottom of s4. I never had this problem until this season. Now I can understand the players complaining about the situation of lp loss. It's hella bs.

As he says you are supposed to play fundamental champs. Singed is not by any means a fundamental champ. He plays nothing like this. In other words, if you want to climb out of low elo, don't play Singed.
@notanotherpyro
@notanotherpyro 3 года назад
@@binarywolfcia85 I don't think that's especially true. If you want to climb out of low elo, learning to play Singed can be effective, because Singed can very easily abuse low elo players. However, you don't become a better top laner by playing Singed, you just become a better Singed player. Going from Singed to another top laner is like going from top lane to mid. Some stuff translates, some stuff doesn't, and what's threatening changes pretty wildly. Same with Illaoi I would say. Illaoi can teach bad lessons for other top laners, i.e. to Illaoi players the danger zone outside of the enemy tower isn't that scary if you have three tentacles setup and your ult available. It's more the "bait the enemy jungler or mid into taking a fight that looks good for them but is in fact terrible for them" zone. However, you can use them to get better at the game, they aren't mechanically complicated, just mechanically unique. To actually get out of low elo you still have to learn loads of the lessons that do still translate to everything. There aren't players that are high diamond top laners that are bronze level mid laners. Being good enough to get out of low elo with anyone will make you better at the game, even if it is a unique playstyle.
@binarywolfcia85
@binarywolfcia85 3 года назад
@@notanotherpyro Yes, that is what I meant, if you play singed you wont learn the game, you will learn Singed. And if you want to seriously climb it is best to learn the game playing fundamentals champs. But it is possible to climb by using specific almost cheese champs rather than the basics.

I LIKE THAT! I've put together a rune/item page for each of these champions thank you, your content is amazing I download it on my phone and watch it every break at work. Please do more of these, my two favorite roles are Top/Support but honestly I would love to see a video like this for every role.

Hi neace ive been watching your vids for a while and the chaos of live games made it harder for me to grasp the concepts youve been talking about properly this video has convinced me to practice these strategies extensively and get coaching once i feel i have grasped them.

This is great content. As a top laner (and Teemo one trick) I have two major issues: losing out on xp (whether from poor wage management or recalling at the wrong time) and CSing under pressure. This video helped with the XP issue. Let’s goooooo

awesome video, ive been trying to learn top lane and im 50/50 at winning and this shows me when i win its coz my enemy as thrown his or her lead not because im "better" i know this video is a year old but trust me this stuff still happens... ive always been scared to lose CS and forced fights or take damage for 2 cs rather than play defense and just farm xp... very helpful video

Very good tips, most of them only came to me after countless losses. Especially the ones about roaming too long, too many times where I got a huge lead and leave to help other lanes and end up losing

I was so happy he mentioned shen, that's the one that I picked and I'm having success, also another tip I would add is disabling ally chat and all chat, low elo chat is just distracting. People just flame and blame.

Nice tips, like that 😌 especially on split pushing tips, side laning as much as u can, keep farming up, forcing the wave to crash and using the lead hard enough.

I liked this, I've recently been trying more top lane, coming from ADC, and what I've been struggling with is knowing when to be offensive and defensive in lane. I've gotten better at it, but still struggle with Illowi and Darius.

Loved the video Neace! I would love to see other lane tips. My little brother is a support main and we will duo que adc/supp and very often top or jung has fed their balls off and its rough for us to carry even after doing ok/or even winning lane hard. Now I know theres a whole reddit discussion on macro/macro stuff as strictly support but I personally would love to see more stuff on winning like even solo que adc, or support, etc. Keep up the solid content man when I get the funds ill be getting a coaching from you too lol.

my only thing is about the bad teleports, most low elo players either dont drop wards at all bot lane, or only ward near their tower so it's literally impossible to have a good teleport. You can tell your jungler or bot lane to ward in a better spot at some point but it's hit or miss if they ever do it or just flame you.

17:05 in those situations I usually survive. I play teemo so when ever I see the jungle is like a rammus or something then I go ignite, tp and walk in my brush when they come. Once I'm invisible I tp out.

Waiting for the bottom lane one. Small suggestion - partner with a good support or adc and comment on it together. One talks about adc,the other supp. Might be good, might be bad, worth a try :)

First off. I liked dat. Secondly. I've been getting wins after I started using your tp/ignite strat on Nocturne and its so much fun. The only downside is I feel like such a bully towards the top laner stuck under turret losing his farm.
