I've had this no email issue for over a year now and I have spent a couple hours trying to figure this out. None of these tips in the video were the fix however. Thanks for helping though!
Ok, I didn’t have the patience to watch the whole video… idk if you’ve tried it, anyways I check my email on my phone and it’s not the same as using a laptop… instead of using the app I opened my outlook using safari and when I click to free space I saw emails from 2017! I can’t see any of these emails using the app, but I’ll do it using the laptop, because I’m having to check each email and you have to clean the trash as well, the app shows it empty and it has almost a thousand emails to check! I still have lots of emails to delete! Good luck!
This is great! I followed Tip#9. I thought it didn't work but after closing and opening my Outlook again, after a few minutes I finally saw all my new emails. Amazing! I didn't need to contact our IT Dept. and wait for hours to help me fix my email issue. Thanks!
Thanks a bunch!!! I did have them on the restricted list. I get tired of receiving emails from many companies so I block them. I just need to remember, whenever they are trying to send me a verification code and I don't receive it to follow the steps, you laid out.

OMG Thank you thank you thank you! I tried so many websites and Microsoft to fix my outlook email as I could send but not receive and you guys fixed it! It was the rule thing as it was set to make all email as read when received and they went somewhere. It's now working. I was trying to fix this for 3 hours and did it with you in 2 minutes!! Again thanks so much!!!
Thank you for your help, there was a rule set up for my inbox to delete all incoming emails, I removed the rule and now I am receiving my emails. Thank you very much.

Can someone please help me? I’m not able to receive emails for some companies. My credit card company capital one has written me letters telling me emails to me are being bounced back as undelivered, when trying to reset my Klanna password I don’t receive any emails.
Great professional tuturial. Unfortunately, no option worked for me. My version of Outlook has no 'File,' 'Send/Receive options on the top left as it must be very basic!

I just put outlook on my new computer and it's not showing a single email in my inbox. Shows my sent, spam emails, but nothing in inbox. Pissing me off.
So I get emails from everyone and everything except one contact?Do you know how to fix this? By the way I do not have the contact blocked.And I also have them on the safe senders list
if it still doesn't work... Please update your outlook by going to file > options > office updates ... !! After update , you will receive the emails .....This worked for me !!

I have iMac and I am receiving emails on Google chrome but not in the proper email folder. Internet and over loading of excessive emails is not an issue.
I have a Mac Catalina, my outlook receives e-mails fine but when I try to e-mail my mouse will work on everything except the e-mail. It works on the title, body of the letter but it does not work on the e-mail address. Help?

Hi there, you sound like you know what your talking about, so i can recieve emails ok but when i click on inbox it doesn't open, iused to be able to click on another folder first then go back to the inbox one and it would open, now it wont even to that, i have done a repair and rest in windows settings still not working, i have to go into the windows outlook page to read them...Fred in Essex.
Hi there, thank you for your question. Try change mailbox sync settings in Advanced mailbox settings. Confirm that your incoming and outgoing email server addresses and ports are correct. Make sure notifications are turned on for Outlook. You can check this by going to Start > Settings > System > Notifications & actions. Scroll down to Get notifications from these senders and make sure that Outlook is turned on.
