I used them for astronomy & bird watching &, ok, one night I gave into temptation & looked in the windows of the apartment building across the way &...the first (& only) thing I saw was another guy looking back at me with a pair of binoculars! If you think your being followed and have your cellphone like most people do take a picture of the person and send it to someone. Also stay in a public area if your in one around other people and call someone for help. If your in an isolated place always bring protection mace at the very least.

Scary story from San Antonio,Texas One of my favorite San Antonio sagas involves a dubious character known as the Dancing Devil. According to many long-time residents, as well as newspaper articles from the time, a dashing and handsome young man (el guapo) dressed in all white entered El Camaroncito Night Club on Old Highway 90 one night during Halloween of 1975. According to those who tell the story, the man was a fabulous dancer and wooed many of the señoritas in attendance. As the evening went on however, things took a horrific turn when one of the man’s dancing partners happened to glance down at his feet. The woman suddenly screamed out in terror, broke free of the man’s grip, and began pointing downward. It was then, amidst a flurry of gasps and shrieks that the patrons noticed the man’s shoes had transformed into long, clawed chicken’s feet. In some versions of the story, his feet had become goat’s hooves (perhaps the Donkey Lady’s kin). Either way, it was a bad sign to be sure, as the attendees were now quite sure they were in the presence of the devil himself! After an uncomfortable silence, the man dashed (or perhaps waddled or galloped) towards the men’s restroom, where he vanished out an open window. In his wake he left a cloud of smoke permeated with a strong, sulfuric smell - surely a classic calling card of the horned and forked-tailed one. If you bring up the subject in the company of old timers, you will most surely find someone who will tell you that they knew someone who was there that fateful night and that the incident really did occur. Throughout the years, the old building has changed hands many times and was most recently a gentlemen’s club. There have been claims by former employees that the location is somewhat haunted and that the smell of sulfur still lingers

I want to hear stories of when a creepy guy follows another creepy guy. You never hear about this scenario. Does it turn in to Tom and Jerry or like a high class chess match. And would they creep each other out or just assume there the predator regardless. Would they both try to lure the other into an abandoned house not realizing they are each being lured. And as they get further into the darkness, would they each become more confident in there positions. Or do they have some call signs that says, “Hey I’m also a creep”. So many questions

With all due respect, I seriously question the parents in many of these stories. Now, some may have taken place several decades ago, but, some are quite recent. Cell phones are everywhere. Why is nobody punching 9-1-1 into their cell phone as they walk in suspicion of the car or a person blatantly following? And, why aren't these parents following up on what their child is stating? The ones being followed, and, the writers of these stories, sound as though they are mostly truthful and reliable kids. Why are the parents not giving them the benefit of the doubt and find out if there is truly a creepy, potential child molester lurking out their front door or slowly cruising their neighborhood?
