@@lseasto That sounds like a great approach to supporting your health! Bromelain and turmeric both have strong anti-inflammatory properties, making them excellent choices for managing cold symptoms and enhancing overall wellness. Turmeric milk, or "golden milk," is a popular and soothing way to consume turmeric before bed, and trying turmeric water is another excellent option, especially if you're looking for a lighter alternative. I hope you find the turmeric water just as beneficial. Let us know how it goes, and if you notice any differences when using it! Thanks for sharing your routine.

Hi What will be better to take the organic tumeric or tumeric tablets? Thank you
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth 25 дней назад
Both organic turmeric and turmeric tablets offer potential health benefits, but they have different pros and cons: Organic Turmeric: • Natural: Provides a whole-food source of turmeric with potential additional nutrients and compounds. • Taste: Can be used in food or beverages for a natural flavor. • Absorption: May have better absorption due to the presence of other compounds in the whole food. Turmeric Tablets: • Convenience: Pre-measured and easy to consume. • Standardized: Often contain a standardized amount of curcumin, the active compound in turmeric. • Potency: Can offer a higher concentration of curcumin than turmeric powder. Ultimately, the best choice for you depends on your personal preferences and dietary needs. If you prefer a natural approach and enjoy the taste of turmeric, organic turmeric might be a better option. If you're looking for a convenient and standardized dose of curcumin, turmeric tablets could be a good choice. It's also worth noting that some people may find one form more effective than the other. You might want to try both and see which one works best for you.

Turmeric is a blood thinner. So those on aspirin or other blood thinners had better check with a doctor.

That's a very important point. Turmeric does contain compounds that can have blood-thinning effects. If you're taking blood thinners like aspirin, it's crucial to consult with your doctor before incorporating turmeric into your diet. Taking turmeric alongside blood thinners could increase the risk of bleeding. Your doctor can assess your individual situation and provide guidance on whether turmeric is safe for you to consume.

How about mixing up with ginger & cayenne pepper?
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth Месяц назад
Mixing turmeric with ginger and cayenne pepper can create a potent, health-boosting drink, as all three ingredients have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Ginger adds digestive and anti-nausea benefits, while cayenne pepper can boost metabolism and improve circulation. This combination can be particularly warming and invigorating, making it a great choice for cold weather or to kick-start your metabolism in the morning. Just remember to start with small amounts of each, especially the cayenne pepper, as it is quite spicy. Enjoy your healthful concoction!

You're right about "golden milk" or turmeric latte-it's a delicious and popular way to enjoy turmeric! Mixing turmeric with a fat source like the milk in golden milk does indeed help with the absorption of curcumin. The fats act as a carrier, helping curcumin to be more readily absorbed by the body.
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth 4 дня назад

In Lieu Of Turmeric Powder, May I Take Raw Turmeric ??
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth 5 месяцев назад
Yes, you can definitely use raw turmeric instead of powder! Raw turmeric has the same beneficial properties and some prefer it for its freshness. Just grate a small piece of raw turmeric root into your water or tea. It might be a good idea to strain it before drinking to avoid any chunks. Remember that the taste may be slightly stronger and more pungent than the powdered form, so you might want to adjust the amount you use according to your taste preferences.

I've read Turmeric does NOT dissolve in water!!LOL....In fact fact it settles on the bottom think this spice needs to be put in FOOD, fat soluble
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth 19 дней назад
That's a common misconception! While turmeric powder itself is insoluble in water, the curcumin within it can be absorbed by the body when consumed with a healthy fat or a substance called piperine, which is found in black pepper. So, while turmeric may settle at the bottom of your water, it's still effective when consumed. For optimal absorption, you can consider adding a squeeze of lemon or a dash of black pepper to your turmeric water. Or, you can incorporate turmeric into your meals to ensure it's consumed with a healthy fat source.

Does it also helps to low androgen level in female

Research has looked at some possible health benefits of turmeric, especially in terms of its affect on androgen levels in women. The state of androgens in females is complicated, and they are affected by a myriad of drivers. Following this research, it is necessary to evaluate this with a healthcare provider for guidance which is more fit for you. While turmeric seems to hold some promise on a number of fronts, it is not administered as medical treatment. Only a doctor can evaluate your specific circumstances, address the root cause of any hormone imbalances, and guide medical treatment accordingly.

Thank you for your comment and for pointing out that detail. You're correct to note that turmeric was not originally discovered in Europe. Turmeric is native to Southeast Asia and has been a part of Indian and other Asian cuisines and medicinal traditions for thousands of years. It was later brought to Europe by traders. That sounds like a solid plan to start incorporating turmeric water into your routine! For enhancing the absorption of turmeric's curcumin, just a pinch (about 1/8 teaspoon) of black pepper is sufficient for your 8 oz glass of turmeric water. This small amount is enough to significantly boost curcumin absorption without overwhelming the flavor. It’s great to see your enthusiasm, and starting with a 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric is a good approach. Remember, everyone's body reacts differently, so it's always good to pay attention to how you feel after starting a new health regimen. If you have any health concerns or are taking other medications, it might be wise to check with your healthcare provider just to be safe. Enjoy your turmeric water this evening, and I hope it brings you the benefits you're looking for!

For a week I've been drinking turmeric water, and it does help me sleep but does anyone know if that can make you feel fatigued the next day all day
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth 4 месяца назад
It's great to hear that turmeric water has been helping with your sleep! Regarding feeling fatigued the next day, turmeric typically doesn't cause fatigue and is often used to boost overall energy levels due to its anti-inflammatory properties. However, everyone's body reacts differently to dietary changes. The fatigue could be unrelated, or your body might be adjusting to a new routine. It might be helpful to look at other factors like your overall diet, hydration, and sleep quality. If the fatigue persists, it might be a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure there's no underlying issue. Keep monitoring how you feel, and maybe adjust the amount of turmeric you use to see if that changes anything.

Does turmeric water lighten skin tone? Face+ bodu
@AlinartHealth
@AlinartHealth Месяц назад
Turmeric is often cited for its skin benefits, including its potential to improve skin tone and complexion. It contains curcumin, a powerful antioxidant that can help reduce pigmentation and blemishes, potentially leading to a more even skin tone over time. Some people use turmeric topically in masks or pastes for this purpose. When consumed as turmeric water, it may contribute to overall skin health from the inside out, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. However, effects can vary from person to person, and it might take consistent use to see changes. As always, it's a good idea to use sunscreen and proper skincare routines in conjunction with natural remedies for the best results.

Hello! To make turmeric water, you typically start by boiling the water first. Once the water is hot, you can add the turmeric powder and stir it well to ensure it's completely dissolved. If you're adding black pepper to enhance the absorption of turmeric's active compounds, you can add it along with the turmeric after the water has been boiled. This method helps release the active ingredients in the turmeric and makes it easier for your body to absorb them. If you have any more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask!

Just remember to start with a small amount to see how your body reacts, as turmeric can be strong. It's also a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider about your gastric pain if you haven't already, to ensure there are no underlying issues that need attention. I hope turmeric water brings you relief and improves your nights. Take care, and let us know how it works out for you! ❤️
