Wow you must have read my mind, I just received the exact same crimpers in the mail as the one you have in the thumb nail yesterday, tired of hammering the terminal on the wires like I'm forging a sword in midevil times
Just wish u were my next-door neighbor Sir, I like doing things myself, and recently I'm trying to learn the craft of car audio to improve my Mazda 6 all-around performance.. and .. asking u questions here and there, on ur way to work or while doing the lawn will be awesome. I learned so much from ur channel. Thank u...
Always Appreciate the level of information that you bring us for audio instruction and installs !! I’ve learned so much here and upgraded my level !! Always appreciate your work sir !! Thanks 🙏🏾
I need that Boeshield. I live right next to salt water, and things rust seemingly while I’m using them. Plus, I live a 9-iron from Boeing, so it’s perfect.
With every car being different, and no shortage of fasteners, and wires, and wire harnesses, and getting speakers to fit etc etc it definitely takes a number of specialty tools to install everything correctly and *so it doesn't look like Homer Simpson installed your car stereo. lol thanks for the video.
I wish I could identify the stuff he used to check the clearance on mating 2 panels. Some kind of contact tape that shows where it touched. I saw it once in a video of CAF years ago, and never found it again.
Thanks Mark for sharing the great tools! I bought the ferrule crimper kit you recommended. Can you recommend a good quality, subwoofer enclosure carpet that doesn’t pile & fray when vacuuming?
Great videos. Always enjoy the informative vids. - Could you do a video on megabass systems with bus bars and a multiple battery bank, like those who have 12 batteries. Why and how to plan and calculate for power wires and fuses. Thanks.
Where in the world do you find room for 12 batteries? lol Good luck and hope you don't go deaf with that big of a system! If it's too loud, then you're too old - right?
But that seems like a very simplistic answer. For instance; how many batteries would I need for 10,000 Watt system or a 6,000 watt system? Do I use super capacitors? and where do they go in the order of connection. Do I wire the batteries all in parallel or series or a combo of both? What about ultraCaps? And do they replace batteries or add to them? Can I use cables or do I have to build a busbar? @@blakebrockhaus347
I have Camry xse 2019 Head unit 7 inch I want upgrade speaker system Amb 5 channels and audiocontrol loc6i What the harnesse to connect between head unit to loc and amb for this gear To complete all wiring together?
Any thoughts about the mounts that come with Focal KX3? I have them isolated and set up in my car, but is there a good way to angle them? mine is currently angled towards the midle of the car..
I Marc. I own a little show of car audio and looking to make an investment in a calibration tool. What do you recommend the audio control RTA? Or the JL MAX. Thanks
