I'm an engineer, kinda calculate almost everything in my life When it comes to fragrances, cheap vs midrange price: and u calculate the number of sprays u need for both, it will be almost the same PRICE/PERFORMANCE. EG: 20 SPRAYs in cheap = 6-8 sprays in midrange
Thanks I check that out those middle eastern fragrances sometimes are way to strong and overpowering for me is it so strong you need to wash off with soap and water
I 100% agree regarding the F Black - great Fall / Winter budget fragrance. The same is true for the Encre Noir Extreme, but u really need to have brass ones to wear it. It’s an “in your face”, “I don’t give a f*%# if you like it” fragrance. The Lacoste L’Homme Extreme is my budget fragrance for Spring and cool Summer days. I highly recommend all three.
@@ojoy95 I love the smell of encore noir a lextreme it smells like a boss. Bentley absolute (to me) smells very serious. There is an incense note I believe is oilbanum. It smells likes funeral to me. There is some lighter fresher notes as well but it I can't imagine wearing outside of a black suit setting
just bought encre noir al extreme as a blind buy and omg i was really surprise that i like it a lot i cant stop smelling it only 1 to 2 pumps and your good. recommend to spray at least an hour before leaving your house
I've got just the regular Encre Noire & that stuff will always blow my mind on how cheap it is, how great it smells & how long it lasts. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely a fave of this guy.
@@jessesanchez9625 I like the Extreme as it feels easier to wear, but the original, that scent just makes me feel like I can take on the day. Gives such a boost when I need it. And for something so very dark, I find it really soothing & almost uplifting in a way.
@@jessesanchez9625 I'm still pretty new to collecting but my understanding is just about any of the men's fragrances from Lalique are great blind buys. I've yet to get my nose on some but every one that I've smelled have been really good, especially once you take into account the price. Glad to hear you're liking it though. Once my bottle of the regular is done, I might try the Extreme.
@@davekemp1808 yup I’ve been using and collecting cologne for about two years now and I’m really not into woodsy smell but this one was perfect for me it’s also has a pepper smell so it give it a little bit of a aventus smell which I love
I'm glad you included Century Blue by Dunhill. Being new to collecting, this was one of my very first purchases and my first "blue" fragrance. A very clean and fresh, yet mature musky scent that isn't too sweet, and doesn't have overly generic shower gel notes. It's a very underrated cheapy freshy that hardly gets talked about, but one that I think more people should have on their radar.
I just got Paco Rabonne UltraRed and I'm absolutely in love with it amazing scent that definitely could be part of the Mugler A*Men Familia for a fraction of the price, a must own!!! Might get a second bottle to save in case this runs out again!!!

I would be interested in a video on how people’s fragrances preferences have been affected by covid. One of my coworkers had covid back in November and lost her sense of smell. Since it came back, her perception of some fragrances have changed. She says that her fiance wears Sauvage, and that the open smells like straight up burning motor oil, but after a while it starts to smell nice again. I was wearing Dylan Blue to work, and she said the same thing happened with the motor oil at first smell and nice after, and she was wondering what is in men’s colognes that make them smell like that. Intrigued, I tried out Eternity edt and Boss The Scent edt the next days, and she said those were fine the whole time. Do you have anyone in your life who had covid and had different new reactions to fragrances, or read about them in other comments on your channel?

Lacoste L'Homme Intense and F Black just couldn't last on my skin... They only last for about 4 to 5 hours on me, and the projection (especially for the Lacoste) is quite weak. But, I have to agree about Ultrared and Halloween Man X being really potent for their price category. They also smell so damn good to me.
Man I wore Obsession in middle school and through my freshman year. Would have been like 89-91 or something like that. It would last all day. My girlfriend would always wear my jacket home because it smelled like me for days. All of my frags had amazing performance untill about 2010. Damn shame.
F black literally JUST went in price from $20 to $30 with a lot of other things. I checked fragrancenet one night and the next day everything inflated lmao
The good thing (or bad thing) about living in a small city is that we rarely have to walk to our jobs.. Okay maybe a 30 second walk from car to building.
Lacoste L'homme Intense is nauseating for me. It smells decent but good fucking GOD is this a power house. For me it lasts a day and a half. It smells good from a distance. I regret buying a big bottle, but meh.
