Baywood, I know this is basic but I’ve been trying to download your presets and have no clue what I’m doing. I’ve been mixing now for almost a year and am confident on Logic but have no clue what I am doing when downloading your presets
This is very useful for me I bought a quick set up and send my music out for mixing and mastering now I know to layer it differently and hopefully one day I’ll start mixing and mastering my own music 😅 with some melodic sauces
Damn it’s weird I kinda understand how to use the same program he’s using even tho I only use fl. Can’t wait to get different programs to try different approaches to music. I would’ve never thought I’d actually understand completely what’s going on for the most part this is a cool milestone for me lol
that's amazing! I use FL a bunch now as well. I use FL mainly for producing now. I love it. Happy you're understanding how different DAWS work. I use Logic Pro, Ableton, and FL a bunch now and it has greatly increased my music capabilities.
Why don’t you just create a new track with the exact same effects as the track for your vocals. So if one take is too long to fit the next set of vocals, you can just place it on the other track with the same FX. And then create a whole new track for just recording. So record on one track, and then drag it over to your main vocal track, that way you can keep punching in. (Ik it sounds confusing lol) Use a track for JUST RECORDING vocals Open 2 or 3 tracks with the same FX to drag your main vocals onto
You should definitely do a meme review type thing but with mixes and rate then 1-10 Edit: Also a good tip for panning is to right click the pan knob on the info tab and change it to stereo. That makes the pan move all the sound to one side instead of cutting one side.
