Green tea and hot lemon water. I swear by it. I'm now two weeks into a vegan lifestyle and even though I was pretty healthy before, I feel the difference. Maybe this new life will last :)
Oil pulling is AMAZING. Just DO NOT swallow ever and brush your teeth and tongue after that. I use coconut oil some of the time. Other times I use olive oil which shrinks my pores and makes my face bellissimo! You have such a beautiful and soothing voice! Yoga is a no-go for me as a Christian. I can meditate on Scripture. Thank you!

I know "detox" can be a touchy word for some people, but this video was never meant to be about going on an extreme juice cleanse or anything. @@mistylawrence6944 you should eat the tops, they are high in vitamin c and calcium. There is no reason to cut them off, they don’t have a taste. Just wash the berry :)
It's all healthy, i know...but dry brushing doesn't do anything with toxines :D Oh and I learn a lot about fitness right now. Exercising is not really for losing weight. It's mainly for building muscles, have a healthier heart and help getting calories you already ate burned through the needed energy. Losing wait happens mainly through eating. Sadly not everybody knows this because magazines and ad's wanna create this illusion. But I think you just said that because it's common to say it this way :D

We could all use encouragement to either stay healthy or be healthy so thank you for this! And my fav healthy habit is to add superfoods to my AM smoothie. It keeps me looking so much younger (or maybe it is just my genetics..either way, I love love love it)
You are a beautiful soul,with a lovely soothing voice. I take detox teas & lemon waters .I brunch on Avacado toast on gluten free multi grain bread. Also,I'll make a organic raw spinach salad w peppers & cooked plain shrimp. I actually meditate,no kidding) w my cat!!! 😻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😸😸😸😸 I spend much time on my skin from Japan,I use a Jade roller on my face to drain my water off my face ( spa feels!!) Another health hack........ Helps me look yrs younger or like I had surgery which I've not!!! I'd advice anyone to try one......never too early / or too late to improve your health internally externally Loved your video!!!! FYI just found this in my shop celery/ mint tonic yummy & you feel AMAZING!!!
Oil pulling doesn't really benefit you. In an article it was summarized that if you swish anything in your mouth for 20-30 minutes, it would have the same results. It's not the oil. Save that time and focus on brushing/flossing as normal. You don't need special, expensive products to have a healthy body and gut. Simple things like drinking water and switching to green tea are great suggestions.
Hello. Thank you for letting me know about not spitting the coconut oil in sink drain. I have a jar from the dollar store that I wanted to experiment with. Cooking your food healthy: bake, boil, or grill. Use only for cooking+storage:glass, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, and ceramic. Plastic leaks into food over time. That is why it is not recommended to re-use plastic water bottles. People end up with with many health problems due to eating and drinking with plastic. Also the microwave is so unhealthy radiation in your food very unhealthy. Pre prep>pre plan meals>set a goal to be healthy with loved ones. If you are by yourself no worries God is with you do not feel that way! Happy-Healthy-Honest⛪

I will eat 3 portion of fruit everyday.. If can.. If not I will eat some dates.. Iranian dates or red dates... For fiber... Eat more vegetables... Drink green tea... Did some yoga... And walk my heart out. I will hydrated my body about 9-12 cups of water per day. Tq for guide.
A variety of different foods. Constantly causing your body to adjust to the difference in digestion plus what you take from the food. Gently stressing the body slightly differently everyday like exercise and different types. Walking fast, not jogging or running is much better in long term benefits without the "joint" damage and too much stress. Long term cannabis use if possible is a top ten stress relief and many other benefits that people need to still wake up to. It's not all about getting high. The oily substances in cannabis are beneficial to the human body in many ways. And more, clean water is very important in the long term. Not over doing or under doing.

I was initially on edge when I saw the title because of everything surrounding "detox" but was relieved to find out it's just normal, healthy habits to get into!
1. Drink more water (+ lemon water or apple cider vinegar) 2. Oil pulling ( table spun Kokonut oil 20 min 3. Switch to green tee 4.green smoothie ( replace a meal ) 5. Take sublemants 6. Eat more fiber ( beans, fresh food ) 7. Exercis more ( for detox ) 8. Yoga and meditate 9. Dry skin brushing ( brush towards your heat ) 10. Eat super foods
Some great tips for detoxing! I love starting my morning with a lemon water, followed by a green tea. I tend to sip my green tea through a quick 15 minute cardio workout. Some research has suggested that sipping green tea throughout a workout can help to burn calories faster. Regardless, it is very refreshing, and great for digestion after a meal!
This is great , i never had a smoothie , i know sad ;.; But i want to cuz i dont like healthy food i just dont, so maybe making it sweet and smooth will taste better , i need to lose 5kg ;( Im only good at drinking water is refreshing
Another way to detox your body is to go vegan I am an ethical vegan because it is good for the animals,the environment,and starving children but it also good for your body.

Fermented foods are amazing for the body. Leafy greens and vegetables. Green tea is great. Also lemon/water & apply cider vinegar ( with the mother ) , I drink mine warm. Also , try to get ALOT of Extra virgin olive oil in your diet. It does amazing things for the body. When you buy olive oil , make sure it’s from only 1 origin. Someone explains to me how I have high levels of Uranium 238 and Cessium. I took out my silver teeth fillings and after homemade detoxing of all kinds for months now, I don't feel as radioactive.
