I started late and I have friends who played way ahead of me so I started quite hardcore and rush everything in order to "catch up". After the first chapter I slowed down to actually enjoy the stories and exploration, regardless of my friends.

I'm a mix player with the ones you listed, I'm a gatherer, in love with the music, I do creativity, tons of mining, playing for fun half the time, play tons of TCG, meeting other players most of the time helping them with the materials they need, I'm kinda of a collector, 100% explore everywhere, I try to achieve items just to get, another I'll add is I love roleplaying on there!! There's so much stories you can create!!

i just started like 2 weeks ago to play the parade of providence quest since i love kaveh so much i finally give it a try. speed run everything to quick unlock the quest.... now that i have achieved that, everything is hard rn without me realizing it🤣 now i need to slowly build everything so i can catch up with the archon quest and play kaveh's hangout 🥺

i have a suggestion XD *the experimenter* (i dunno if this is common knowledge sorry) examples: once upon a time i realized i got a damage bonus whenever i put a character in my team so i messed around with my team until i came to the conclusion that if you have at least 2 pyro characters on your team everyone gets a damage bonus i also discovered that if every character on your team is a different element everyone gets 15% extra resistance to all elements and another time i decided to test which build was better for my xiao by clearing a domain with one build and then again with the other build, yada yada you get the idea i guess (sorry for long comment maybe?)

I'm ngl, I've been mostly f2p on Genshin, the only times I've spent money is during Cyno's release banner cause I desperately wanted Venti, cause I didn't know a thing about saving primos and all that back then. The second time I spent money was to get Wanderer, I ended up getting Diluc. Heres to hoping I get Wanderer this time 🤞

i just downloaded genshin because the oratrice meme that went viral introduced me to Neuvi and i got so obsessed with him and the Fontaine archon quest's plot- i'm pretty busy rn so i don't think i'll start playing immediately but i wonder what kind of player i become...

I used to be number 25 only when exploring new areas, but now I am number one, which is for casual!

Dang :/ I feel like a mixture of all, I have had my casual days (during week days), hardcore (during weekends). Im most definitely an achievement hunter - completionist (100% liyue/mondstand, about 96% inazuma, still finishing sumeru). I know I am a low key whale (I have skipped on a few selective banners and I only have selective 5star C6 characters - which are my absolute favorites) and I try to up my numbers every time I can - by doing challenges, improving gear, getting good, etc. Im a lore/theorist junkie, I love playing through events, play music, take pictures, completing my archive, and just enjoying genshin's ambience & music. I also have days that I go on gathering/cooking/fishing/hunting sprees just to relax and decompress. I have fought against my idiotic impulse to wish on every banner (reason why Im not a full blown whale - as a financial advise if u are to use money in gacha games like genshin be mindful of your spending, set a budget and do NOT go over it. Supporting the game doesn't mean go broke. Happy planning = happy life). I also love trying out characters just for fun (even if not meta), exploring, play challenges, and killing time in game. I gotta admit Im not a hardcore TCG player, and I'm not much of a co-op player, but I have played my fair share of these game modes.

Im the explorer. I haven't even finished the Liyue Archon quest (recently finished second part) and I have most of Fontaine and Sumeru explored/lighted up. Mondstadt and Liyue waypoints have all been discovered :> (I don't have the Chasm completed yet, only like one waypoint left for that section, same for dragonspine). This probably because I'm too lazy and under level to fight and do domains for leveling up my Adventure Rank. I also have vowed myself to never spend a single penny on the game. (I feel that I will regret making that vow in the future...)
