We're in a 3 month motorhome adventureto Europe and in this episode we're on the best free beaches in Spain.
We’re 4 weeks into our European motorhome adventure and currently in Spain where we find the most amazing free park ups along the Spanish coastline on the Costa Calida.
In this vanlife episode we are in Murcia and Almeria. We camp at an inland campsite called Rico’s Retreat in Lorca before heading to the coast at Aguilas and then onto Palomares where we learn its incredible history.
We also have issues with our water pump and celebrate our Anniversary as part of our motorhome travels.
We are Julia and Gary, a couple of full-time motorhomers who are travelling Europe throughout 2024 in our Swift Kontiki. We experience the highs and lows of vanlife and have some great laughs along the way.
We have travelled the States and Canada in our UK Registered Motorhome and are now on our Europe Motorhome Tour which has taken us from the UK through France and along the coast of Spain so far.

Love you guys, so positive and happy, even with "Watergate" good old Gary still managed to have a chuckle. I lost my gorgeous wife last summer after 41 years together and like the pair of you we managed to laugh our way through life, watching your vlogs has been a breath of fresh air for me over the last couple of months.....Thank you both

Happy anniversary! Loved the vlog , you two are so happy ! Gary is really handy isn’t he? My OH is pretty handy too fortunately but he was impressed with the crocodile clips and now has put them on his list of things for his tool box 👍

It does feel good to get a real shower when out on the road. Yeah I think you were better off boondocking next to the water beautiful location for free. I was feeling bad for our 🇺🇸 pump but in the end it was working. Hope you get it all sorted out have a good day.

Hi Mel, we are still using the temporary solution!! We think we need to get the Sargent control unit looked at, luckily Gary's bypass has done the job for now ❤️ Hope you're having a lovely Easter break ❤️

Ah what a lovely comment 😍 thank you so much ❤️ We just use a tune that comes with our editing app. I use the Splice App and the song is My Sunshine, I love it to play us out 💕

I presume your lights being out is connected to the pump issue?

Hi, no that was just a blown headlamp bulb 💡 Gary managed to sort that out, but we think the Sargent control unit is the issue... we're currently still bypassing the control unit, it's manageable for the short term ❤️

Hi, thanks so much...he is ex Army...39 years he served and left last year. We decided to travel when he retired as the kids are all grown up. You can take the man out of the military but not the military out of the man at times ❤️
