I'm a nurse so if you are ever concerned about the baby moving(when you can feel it) eat ice cream or super cold water and the baby will move. It made me feel better.❤ congratulations 🎉
You can have very safely 1 or 2 coffes a day but really you would need quite a few energy drinks to get enough caffeine to heighten the risk of any problems

@@jenergy1000Their heart is actually fully developed and functioning by the end of the 10th week, isn't that crazy? For the whole rest of the pregnancy, all that the heart has to do is grow bigger. Its skin is still see-through, it can't see or hear or really do anything, but yet the heart is fully working. It's magic
It’s so cool to follow along with your journey as I near the end of my pregnancy journey! Sadly for me the need to nap for days after a big day hasn’t gone away all pregnancy 😂 but it has taught me to prioritize myself to a whole new level. I didn’t drink before pregnancy but developed a craving for chicken and beer so NA beers have been my saving grace 😂 love seeing your friend drinking for the both of you and winning that chugging competition

You definitely will go through some food. Preference changes! The cool thing is after birth all the things that you didn’t eat or couldn’t eat during pregnancy they just taste 100% so much better. you haven’t had them for so long and now you want them and you just are exploding with how great they taste. There’s always enjoyment in every aspect.
Top tip that is worth knowing sooner rather than later and will save accidents later. When nappy/diaper changing. Have a fresh one under baby before you change. When you start to remove the soiled one lift for a moment to let the air in and then put back. This is because, especially boys, will usually to a ninja surprise wee when feeling the breeze (husband been caught twice by this and my eldest once peed on his own fave. It was so funny). Clean baby and remove soiled nappy and fresh one already to be put on as it's already there.
I remember my first pregnancy waking up one morning it seemed like I went from no bump to how did this happen!! Yes, naps are girls' best friend with your first baby!
I couldn't even smell coffee when i was preggers, all 7 times, and I'm a coffee addict. But, i didn't miss it, because I mostly slept, as well. You'll get your energy back in the last few months, and then you'll nest.
When I was pregnant for the first time I worked at ⭐ $ and had to switch to decaf. As my baby got bigger, she didn't like when I drank hot drinks and would move away from my stomach. It was pretty funny. Glad you had a great outing.

Okay I'm going to beg you and I don't care who sends me any hate comments ❤ when you go into the doctor's office you guys are wearing masks but when you're out and about you're not. Play it's not just about covid it's also about RSV. It's crazy being on the other side of your guy's world you almost feel as if you become friends and I just want you guys to be safe and to have a healthy baby. When I tell you I actually experienced a child with RSV don't want to go there. Be safe be at peace and know I'm praying for you 🫛
I was pregnant two times and i had coffee once a week. I was pregnant over summer so it was iced. My husband wouldn't let me have more 😅. But sometimes I was craving his iced coffee. He make it special
I did IVF and knew it had worked before the positive test even because my body rejected coffee well all caffeine 3 days after insemination. First sign of pregnancy
Its been 45 years but I still remember pregnancy. My body suddenly said absolutely no pork chops! I was always hungry but couldn't keep half of what I ate down. Growing babies is not for the faint of heart!
