Have you heard of the Gullah people. They are African American who are descendants of people from kingdom of Ndongo (now called ANgola & Congo) . The Gullah people are a mix of multiple tribes from kingdom of Ndongo mixed with tribes from Sierra Leone. You can see a lot of the cultural ties to congo in the Gullah culture
@@riahayahschild3000 yes search Gullah or Gullah geechee people or culture or language , on RU-vid . They were the only group of African Americans who were able to keep their original culture. So they still do basket weaving, blue bottle trees (from Congo) etc, etc.
when we talk about slavery, The only country that comes in mind is Ghana. the black people living in the diaspora should go to CAPE COAST Ghana, so they notice that themselves. When the QUEEN ELIZABETH died, they even should Ghana on BBC for people to understand how everything went on. The African Americans and all the black people in European countries should make an effort to find where they are truly from, so they experience their true beautiful culture. AFRICA is their home, and they cannot run away from it. GHANA the most peaceful country with beautiful people and a beautiful culture. am proud to be a Ghanaian even though I also lived in the diaspora.
Proud to be a Ghanaian 😃😃❤️😍😍😍🫰🏼🫰🏼🫰🏼 I know their Ghanaian because you can see it from the face All those Black Americans Musicians and Actors and Actress their DAN is Africa
This is very wrong: We all love Ghana a and Ghanaians but don't give another Country's glory to another Country. Make sure you dig out your facts before publication: Example: Idris Elba is a Sierra-Leonan and not a Ghanian. We are all from West Africa so know the origin of each other. Idrissa Akuna Elba is the Son of Winston, who's from Sierra Leone and worked at Ford Dagenham & his mother, Eve, is from Ghana and had a clerical duty. Idris attended school in Canning Town. In African culture we follow the Father, whose sperm produced the Child and not the Mother's as in the Western World, so please Iris Elba(Alias Stringer Bell) is a Sierra-Leonan. Don’t deny that Country their God’s gift 🎁.
Thanks for your Opinion bro.. But if u revisit the title of the video.. I say celebrities with GHANAIAN ROOTS.. Idris Elba has a Ghanaian Roots because his mother is a GHANAIAN.. Hope you get it
Ghanaians we are extremely funny !! See how we are in a rush to claim the diaspora as Ghanaian but denying others of being Ghanaian..We are not serious as a country ..
@@hakcesstv Ghanians has alot of superstars why can't you leave for us the only biggest superstar we are managing, this is pure selfishness bro😆😆😆😆🇸🇱🇸🇱🇸🇱I love my Ghanians people but this is wickedness bro.
Idris Elba was in Ghana in December last year. He met the President and also visited Otumfo and programmed to build some projects in Africa particularly Ghana. One of the projects he mentioned was Film Studio. RU-vid Idris Elba visits Ghana!
@@hakcesstv Right! I gotcha bro... I'm just saying, they're only speaking on the subject bcs they want all black ppl to believe we're from Africa and that's not the case... Like tyga and john metchie ain't African or American... Its really indoctrination... Same thing with these movies... You don't see no blacks or just one or two in most of their movies, even biblical or religious movies... But when it's about slavery then we were everywhere.
@@ufiad-digitalchannel6304 they are not from ghana ... i know them... they Black slaves have A country called freetown read a book...this is all lies ... they are not from ghana
